Everything was perfect, the staff, breakfast clean rooms and facility.

Checking in at 9:30 at night when seven full coach buses pulled up full of 11, 12 and 13-year-olds. It filled the entire hotel. The kids were out of control and loud. I canceled the reservation on the spot and found a different hotel.

Clean room, yummy breakfast, easy check in and check out process. Only stayed one night with kids, family friendly.

It's outdated in and out. Staff not helpful

Loved how clean the place was and how friendly the staff was The bed was very stiff it was hard to get a good night's sleep

Our sheets were dirty, we only got clean ones and we had to changes ourselves. The room was very dusty , lamps, headboard and walls.

A/C not working accurately, cold setting was cool; T.V. was out the entire weekend in the building; needs some upgrade to the room; staff was friendly and breakfast was ok.

Facility was nice and the people were great. During our stay the television did not work for three out of the four days and the ice machine on the 6th floor did not work.

This stay was booked through Hotels.com. A week later we stayed at the same place booked through a different service. They were within 40 cents of each other in price. This stay was better because we had a tv that worked. We used the fridge to keep drinks cold, we slept equally both times. Their beds are comfy. We like this Best Western because we know the food options nearby. Our daughter lived in Woodbridge for a couple of years and this was our go-to when we would visit. They've instituted a new security measure where you need to swipe your room key in the elevator to go upstairs. We weren't too excited about the extra step. Their continental breakfast is decent. Eggs, waffles, cereal, coffee, yogurt. We love that we can get coffee on the way out.

We only stayed one night but extremely close to Potomac Mills Mall. Nice outdoor pool even though we do did not get to use it. Free continental breakfast was very nice, eggs, toast, danishes. Plentiful parking. If we were to go to Potomac Mills to go shopping again we would definitely stay here.

The staff was friendly. Tv not working and the food wasn't what I thought it was to be. The b bathroom was smaller than expected

I have stayed at the Potomac Mills Best Western Hotel three times, and the benefits of each stay were the same. I must add that the staff were very accommodating. I made a special request a few days prior to my arrival, and it was successfully executed. I can't say there has been anything about this hotel that I didn't like.

Rooms were not well kept at all. Very unclean. The lobby and community areas were disgusting. The walls in the room were very clearly painted to cover blemishes. Extremely outdated property

The room was excellent. Everything I needed was properly working and well organized. I would definitely stay there and more likely to recommend to my friends and neighbors.
