The staff was very helpful and professional. The facilities was very clean. And, the location is excellent next to several restaurants and Potomac Mills mall. I will stay at this hotel again.

I'm this day and age people use WiFi for nearly everything and having unreliable services is unacceptable.

These unit was not working the room was like 109 degrees 2 towels for 2 people no toothpaste

I feel that this property needs a major update. It is old and needs a facelift. The drain in the tub and the sink were horrible. our remote was missing. Breakfast was decent. Good variety. Not a place I would stay again.

Location To start, while checking in, my fully available CC was decline. Then I used my Amex blue. Then they both came up as to b approved for the room charge. I was calling my bank as well as Amex to figure this out. So now I have to wait 2-3 business day to make sure one of the charges drops. The mini fridge didn't work. I tried several times to set it to be cold but nope wasn't having it. The toilet was not flushing as it should once you do #1 or #2. And lastly breakfast sucked
