Room was not that clean and they didn't have blankets,so I ask them for one but said they don't have one. Blankets that color on it and it was not good of place.

Top notch value for a hotel experience. Elevator was a little slow but otherwise good experience.

Rooms were dirty,pool was nasty. We had to change rooms twice ,once because of a bed with food crumbs and a dirty toilet that had urine and hair on it. The second room ac was. Ot working and it smelled like smoke. They changed us to a different room but we heard the cleaning staff over the radio to the front staff that we were basically lying and the room did not smelled like smoke and the ac was working. This has never happened to us and we have stayed in many hotels. We will never go back and don't recommend. The only good thing was the gentleman that checked us in, he was very polite.

Alarm. Waited patiently, no answer or response. I had to search for my phone, search for local number of the front desk to let them know we were stuck on the elevator. This was by far the worst experience. I understand things happen but show some sense of urgency and empathy to Let me know what the next steps are. I am disgusted and disappointed.

I liked everything and it was amazing except the walls are somewhat thin can hear other rooms tv in the bathroom and when guest doors shuts they slam and be so loud we heard doors slamming from across the way in our room all the way in back bedroom at night and through out the day nonstop

The room had been renovated, and the carpet had been replaced with hard flooring. The mirror had also been updated, which was really nice.

The event was beautiful, but my hotel stay was 2/10 at best because breakfast and the room size were decent.

I wish we could have stayed longer and checked things out more but we were only there for one night. The man who checked us in was super nice. The room was super clean and nice and comfortable. It sounded like the pool area was fun but we didn’t get to go see. We stayed with our 4 sons and my husband and myself in one room that had a fold out couch. It was good beds and bathrooms and energy.

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast! Great stay. Our go to hotel when visiting NORVA and DC.

Good value for the money

Decent hotel, clean, but a bit outdated especially the bathtub and shower. The first room had a deadbolt that would not lock, but the staff quickly transferred us to a new room upon request. The indoor pool looked really cloudy and dirty, we didn't try to swim in it but I wouldn't have trusted it even if we had wanted to. The breakfast was great though and overall we had a pleasant stay.
