The room was clean, staff was super helpful and we appreciate the fact that they allow our 4 legged family members!

The room was nice- only issue was the air condition made a super loud vibration noise all night and kept us up. Also the ceiling fan over the bed was very unstable and looked like it was going to fall off the ceiling when running.

The breakfast choices changed day to day and scrambled eggs were fresh made. Tables could have been cleaned better, sticky, but when mentioned to staff they were cleaned for us. The tv in our room had issues and maintenance didn’t fix it. He said there was nothing wrong, but screen kept freezing every couple of minutes. The front desk offered a room change, but it was 10 pm after a full day of sightseeing and we were leaving early in the morning. Told front desk thank you but they shouldn’t rent the room until the tv was fixed. & gave them pictures of the frozen screen.

Shitty canceled day 1, 150 dollar incident fee off the break. More than room price .

We had a handicapped suite with the no curb shower. The curtain needs to be a little longer as the shower sprayer went onto the floor.

Loved the room, my daughter loved breakfast every day, we found bed to be too soft and pillows way too soft. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Overall we had a great stay!

Only thing i had an issue with was the room being too dark and there is no fan in the bathroom that we could find a switch for? Other than that, the check in was easy and breakfast was good.

The hotel was nice and clean. It could use a little updating. I forgot my phone charger block and other hotels have lamps or charging ports available to charge a phone with the cord only. That was the only downfall.

Room was clean and spacious and breakfast was good. At time of check in i was shcoled to find that i had to pay a 10 dollar parking fee which was absurd because it was an outside lot with enty of spaces and outside of the city. I will not stay here ever again
