The friendliness of the staff, the welcoming way we we welcomed in and helped through the checking in and our process. Aeisha I think was the team mate we worked with Not charging 4 dollars for extra side rolls at breakfast

Overall, this is a nice hotel, comfy beds, polite staff decent food however hot tub desperately needs to be cleaned and sanitized wasn’t hot and smelt so sour like a fishy smell. I will say I had stayed at this hotel prior to this review and the hot tub was perfect so it’s something that happened within the past week.

It was a good property and it was nice and clean

The room was very clear and the bed was very fresh & comfortable. We only stayed one night. We were happy to find a noce bar near lobby. The issue at the bar…it appeared that the bartender was in training or not a bartender at all. We did have drinks there, no food. We noticed the person cooking (the kitchen is visible from the bar) did not wear a hair net or any type of uniform. We found this odd.

Everything was on point and just as shown on website. Very nice staff. Bed was comfy but started to feel warn down.

The room looked nice. The lobby was in great condition and looked amazing They charge for parking? I would understand if it was in a major city and they did not own the parking around the hotel. But this is a typical hotel with their own parking lot. Also the refrigerator was very very loud and kept us awake all night. Then we got breakfast which was supposed to be included and they tried to charge us for breakfast. They said we were supposed to have a voucher? Most of the staff was very nice. But we did not like this hotel.

Breakfast was not worth the price! It’s nothing more than an over priced continental and taste just as bad! I works think Hilton would have free breakfast! I would rather eat elsewhere for breakfast! Service as A1 though!

it was ok, but i though breafest was included

Beds were a normal hotel room bed. Not uncomfortable but not plush, definitely firm. Room was clean. The cleaning staff maintains the inside well. There were two things for us and our family that stayed too we were not satisfied with. The pool and hot tub were pretty gross. Green tinge and almost looked like algae was on the bottoms of the hot tub. I think it needs a good cleaning. So the adults did not go in the pool. Our kids did for maybe 20/30 minutes and then immediately showered after getting out. I was not keen with having them go in again so we avoided the pool unfortunately for the rest of our stay. Secondly the way the staff handled an appliance issue we brought to their attention was odd. And when we spoke to the manager about it his demeanor made me feel like he was annoyed we were addressing it and kinda had that well what do you want from me look on his face. All in all it was a pleasant stay but if we came back to the area with the kids I would pick another hotel with a pool.

Location and price, room was clean and in room coffee bar was stocked well, although only every other day. Paying an extra $10 per day for parking.

This was an overnight stay, from friends gathering. Love the area and the hotel is in a nice area. Will refer others and stay again if in the area.
