Awesome management, clean room, comfortable beds, great price. A bit hard to find after a long drive.

Front desk staff was not helpful. Beds were made everyday but floors were not clean. Swimming pull had cats all the time,and the pull was very dirty

Convenient to I5 and the airport. Close to dinner options. Quiet.

I only stayed one night before a morning flight. The room was clean and adequate. Bed qas comfortable. The only issue was that I was on the 3rd floor with no elevator and had to haul luggage up 2 flights of 16 steps in a smelly back entrance. I booked in advance so I thought I might get a 1st or 2nd floor room. The hotel shares an approach with a McDonald's so it can be busy at times. One other thing if you're heading east in the morning. When I turned onto the road the sun was absolutely blinding. I had to pull over to see the entrance to the freeway. California sun.

Super clean they clean every day

The room is clean and the hotel is convenient to my event Venue. Also, have many restaurants in the area. The neighborhood including the Hotel parking lot has homeless people around doing drugs.. Also, the hotel doors are left open, which to me is a Security Breach.

I always enjoy staying here except they feed feral cats and I have dogs! We walked outside and five cats went in different directions and I almost landed on the ground because I wasn't prepared for that!

Key card would not work in lock for lobby. TV non-functional...after three trips to desk, manager got the TV working, but it would only get three channels...felt like I was back in the 60's! Turned down one room that smelled bad. Really awful breakfast "choices" mostly gone by 8 am

Close to the Sacramento airport and freeway was convenient. We received a call after 11pm letting us know our car lights had been left on, so that was very fortunate for us. The location was a bit sketchy with a few homeless people walking around. We were also not too happy that there is no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. Our rooms were clean, but very old and outdated and the bathrooms were so small with barely any counter room, so that was frustrating.

Everything Nothing

It was going to cost me $5 to complete my wash and dry but I would have to deposit $10. The remaining funds may or may not be returned. That did not sit right with me so I cancelled the subscription and deleted the app. This was not the service I expected…….. The clerk’s response was its third party not the hotel. I advised them it reflects on the hotel.
