Very clean, good breakfast, nice to find a motel that has a room with three beds for me, my son and my grandson

Jeff and the staff were all super friendly. I needed an early checkin as I was traveling for a night job. They got me in early so I could get some rest before my next shift. I would highly recommend for a solo traveler traveling for work. Place is clean and quiet. Only complain would be not all of the channels on the TV work. Other than that this is a great place to get some good rest

Overall, if you like a good price, cool AC, and a firm bed, the Woodland QI is for you.

The condition of the property was very poor the room had a bad odor. The sofa in the room looks very dirty and is stained and smells terrible. I would never stay there again. It wasn’t a good experience.

The room was nice and spacious. Nothing was wrong with it. My only complaint is that the neighbors we had were up ALL night talking and opening/closing their door. It looked like they lived there. They were being very loud and then next morning, multiple people were smoking in the property.

It was quiet for the most part, felt clean. I’d definitely stay again!

Property is old and needs an update in all aspects. Remodel room.

None Nothing…. Old facets, it comes off when you try to turn…. Electric switches were either burnt or very old not fitted right. The room stinks along woth smoking smell. I was very uncomfortable using the bed, water…

Location & price The receptionist there was very rude!! The toilet kept messing up the beds were uncomfortable & there was waffles but no coffee or fruit or any kind of continental breakfast really

Always a great stay and deal, especially during UC Davis graduations or just visiting your kid who goes there! Super convenient.

This came up in a pet friendly search, but it is not and we were turned away after paying.

Stayed for 5 days. Very nice and safe area. They dont allow pets but do take real Service dogs. My only complaint would be no place to potty them.

I was there one night on my way to Arizona. The staff was friendly and helpful; the room was clean, though some of the furniture was worn; parking was handy; the breakfast was fresh and a good offering.

Room was disgusting. Dirty. I didn’t stay here. They refused to refund me.

Location. Arrived in evening. No parking spots available. Only second floor rooms - NO ELEVATOR. Difficult outdoor stairs. No help with heavy luggage.
