Clean and spacious room. Friendly staff. Great location. I requested a handicapped room 2-3 weeks prior to our stay and never received any confirmation that we could have one. My father is law is 96.5 yo and using a standard toilet was very difficult. An email or message should have been in order.

Spacious room, great offerings for breakfast, super clean everywhere.

The bed was comfortable and location is convenient. Only one USB plug worked so one of electronics was charging when plugged in but stopped charging and we didn't realize it. I moved the bathroom garbage can and there was dental floss on the floor that wasn't ours. The toilet was really hard to flush.

The breakfast was tasty. The staff was friendly.

We were impressed by the room the staff was friendly and the food n coffee were fantastic definitely staying again

Absolutely nothing Everything starting with the manager. I had called booking . Com to ensure that my stay was for the 8th. I had put in a request to change to the 7th (on the 5th) and was told I would receive an answer in 48hours, which would have left me in limbo (11 hour drive from home to the property. I thought the young lady I spoke to had it all reconfirm for the 8th. The manager was very aware, as soon as she saw my ID she said “you were a no show for yesterday” and the only way to stay was to spend an additional $500, for the two rooms I had already paid $300 for. So no thank you NEVER stay at Hilton properties ever again nor will I ever use YOUR services again!

staff was wonderful, , accommodating, helpful and the breakfast buffet was very good. I enjoyed the sides they have for the oatmeal.

The guest up stairs sound like a herd of elephants all night long no sleep for us.

the location right off the freeway was what I wanted Between Booking -com and the hotel staff they completely screwed up my reservation. I had spoken with Cherie J on 8/5 about the possibility of changing my reservation to the 7th but midway through the call I learned that I won't be able to get a room in Long Beach on the 8th so I asked her to ensure that my reservation remained on the 8th. When I arrived on the 8th I was told I was a "no show for the 7th. The "manager" was very uncooperative and refused to honor my reservation and the price I had paid. I was force to paid about $200 more ($500 total) for the same rooms over and above what I had already paid Booking.com. I spoke with Irene shortly after and she informed my that I would be getting a refund of my initial $304 payment via booking.com, but as of this morning (8/22) still no refund to my card. The hotel itself is cheaply built, we could hear the man upstairs stomping around and the wall were so thin that we hear our neighbors having a conversation. Based on the above, even though I am a hilton Honors member I will never stay at another Hilton property ever again.
