Room was not ready had to wait for an hour the housekeeper lead (clip board) was eating in the lobby we noticed she gets up with clipboard to front desk voila our room is now ready??

This was a generic, roadside motel with a breakfast included. We had not expected anything fancy. Our room consisted of a king size bed on one side and a sitting area with a small sofa and chair on the other side. On the plus side, the bed was very comfortable, and there were a number of pillows to choose from. Also the desk staff was competent and friendly. On the negative side, there was very little space in our room between the bed and the window, so that walking to the bathroom in the middle of the night was a bit treacherous. In addition the air conditioning was somewhat old fashioned in that there was a unit right under the window and no way to turn the vents to avoid blowing right on the bed. I don't believe that anyone ever dusted the window sill as there was a thick layer of dirt on it. The worst part of our stay was the breakfast, which began at 6 AM. We arrived at 7:15, and they were out of scrambled eggs. When I asked the attendant to replenish the tray, he shook his head affirmatively. Subsequently when the tray was not refilled after about 15 minutes, he told another guest that there were no more eggs. The rest of the fare was sparse and uninspiring. A part of the value of the accommodation was the breakfast, which we did not get.

The rooms were clean and comfortable . Jonathan was so helpful and delightful! I was very impressed.

Very clean and quiet!

The cleaning of the toilet was skipped after the last guest. We were given cleaning wipes to clean it ourselves, but we requested that we should moved to another room. We arrived late after driving almost 10 hrs, and cleaning other people’s mess was not in our agenda. The room we moved into was not dusted well, and we ended up using the wipes to clean the surface.

Easy to and from airport. Shopping nearby and can walk for simple food choices. Nice to be away from busier areas. Beds were comfortable. Nice shower. Spacious room. Good breakfast for kids and adults. . Will stay here on future trips.

Nice place in SacTown was happy to be there. Stayed there 2 night but didn't have room service clean the room and bring new towels. I am not sure if the guest have to initiate a request for room cleaner?

Quick access from airport. Great property which I will use in the future.

Comfortable room, good overall atmosphere.

The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was prepared very nicely. The staff always was there to provide extra towels and answer questions.

The room is clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient to the airport. My only complaint is the $10 parking fee. To the management of the hotel, quit hiding behind hidden fees and charge what you think your property is worth.

Staff was extremely helpful and polite. Area was safe and clean. Room was nice, food options were there. The breakfast just is not usual for a Continental Breakfast. But Free Food is Free. Everything else was excellent

I love it plenty of room. It was a comfortable place to stay.

We stayed here for a soccer tournament and everything seemed fine until we returned to the hotel around 9:30 p.m., exhausted after a full day. When we opened the sofa bed, we discovered it had no mattress, making it unusable. The front desk informed us the hotel was sold out and had no mattress available. This was very disappointing because the room included a sofa bed, but it could not be used.
