The bed was so uncomfortable I ended up checking out an entire day early and the staff member at front desk did not care nor ask why I was even checking out an entire day early. If they had even asked or tried to change my room or help at all I wouldn’t be writing this. Don’t waste your time on this hotel stay next door at the marriot.

Clean and quiet. Love Home2Suites for overnights, short trips, and long trips alike. This location was no exception.

My wife and I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was immaculate, the flatware and dishes were arranged perfectly in the drawers, the furniture was awesome (hidden trundle dinner table!) and the bed was great! There was even a full size ironing board and a heavy comforter already in the room. The rate was extremely reasonable when booked in advance, and the staff were very cordial and always smiling.

Best Hotel stay ever , so clean nice breakfast and 24 hour self serv coffee in lobby always fresh. A big plus. stayed in woodland, California and Armondo working the front desk was the nicest young man and very helpful.

He made sure my family had everything we needed and wanted. Also want to recognize Regina for checking in to make sure we were settled in Ok. Great place and even better staff!

Quite good Couple more pillows

Super clean. Very friendly staff. Hated the fire alarm check on a Monday at 8am but besides that this property was perfect. The bar next door was fun too.

Great location. Coffee was good. Selection of food was good.

The breakfast. I was on a road trip with a friend- our suv was full. The front desk advised us to bring EVERYTHING in from the car or it could get stolen as there are a lot of homeless nearby and it is a problem! Your hotel is NOT SAFE!

Rented us a room that was occupied by someone else…walked in on the guest…very embarrassing..

The hotel still charged us for incidentals, multiple rooms on my floor were trash bagged off (mold issues?), room temperature could only go down to 68, shower was cold, no hot water in lobby
