Stayed in a room with a whirl pool tub that was super nice wish they had a smart tv the channels were definitely limited but everything was pretty average besides that

Front desk person had such a thick accent it was very difficult to understand her. The coffee machines had been removed from rooms; made no sense. Towels and bed linens were very worn.

Courteous front desk staff, clean room, convenient location - nothing to complain about. Would stay here again.

I am not happy with hotel alarm system, it woke me up at 5/30 am several time I was not able to relax as I I planed. Second time fire alarm woke me up at 6/45 I was not able to refresh as planed. The Breakfast is poor, not too much to choose from. I would not recommend this place to Fresno’s.

Fire alarm going off and I think we should get money back. 3 times alarm went off waking everyone up

Hot tub jets broken. Hot tub filthy. Toilet backed up, had to get the plunger from the desk to fix. Phone in room did not work. Breakfast was good. With a little work this could be a great hotel.
