Our room was clean and the beds were really comfortable

The hotel was brand new and immaculate. One problem that I mentioned to the front desk receptionist was that there was no fresh brewed coffee in the morning. They only had “pay for order coffee”. It’s an inexpensive gesture to at least offer a cup of coffee as part of your stay. In fact it’s the first time in my hotel experiences that I’ve ever been told that I needed to order and pay for a morning cup of coffee.

Thee is an odor in the lobby like sewer smell I think coming from pipes or something but it was so bad I didn’t sit at the bar

Appears to be a newer property — lobby and bar are is well lit and clean, lots of seating areas for gathering in groups both large and small. The room is spacious and clean, beds are comfortable, bathroom is functional (although there are no hooks or rods on which to hang towels, except for a single hand towel rod on the front of the vanity). Water pressure in the shower is adequate, but only just enough to call it a shower. All in all, a pleasant stay for an overnight event. Would stay again.

The hotel is very clean and staff are friendly. The location was great since it’s nearby to so many things. My main complaint is that the weekend we went was pretty breezy so the air from outside kept coming through the AC unit LOUDLY. It would wake us up in the middle of the night it was so loud. It was extremely annoying and on top of that the bed was very uncomfortable so it made for 2 highly uncomfortable nights.

Only my reason I’m giving four stars is because my keycard didn’t work twice. After checking in I went to my room but the keycard didn’t work. So I went down to the desk and she rescanned the card. I went back up and it still didn't work. So after the second time she ended up moving me to different room and gave me a free bottle of water for the inconvenience. Other than that it’s was a pleasant stay. I believe the hotel is fairly new. Easy parking and close to a lot of food places and stores.

While I was staying at this hotel I received horrible service while dinning at the bistro located down stairs in the hotel got to the point where I staff used vulgar language and was very unprofessional even wanted ro fight me i have never in my life delt with such horrible customer service in my life while trying ro dine all because my food came out cold and I wasn't going ro eat cold for and asked for a refund .
