Excellent customer service

Full size refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner stovetop & a dishwasher in our room. Smelled a little musty but it was also 100+ heat index. Convenient location for us. Overall it was a great place to stay. We will be back!

Clean rooms, staff is pleasant, breakfast is a little bland and basic choices

Hotel is cleaned well overall. However, there is an awful carpet smell when you walk in sometimes and especially in the hallways. Smells like burnt carpet and sewage. Only way I can describe it. The rooms are spacious and clean. Love the kitchenette area. Very useful especially with kids being hungry. Breakfast was okay. Not enough yogurt toppings. Refill wasn’t happening unless asked. Coffee was not good. Won’t be staying again

It was a good place for a night. The pool was closed and water was green. Wish places would notify you before reserving

. We used Google maps. Parking was convenient and safe as well..great place with the kitchenette made it easier to save money on going out to eat..

Every staff member was friendly and knowledgeable… room was perfect for what I needed… definitely will stay here again

Amazing patio and a fabulous breakfast

Room was clean, but the room we had on the 4th floor you could hear the wind. Also, eggs at the breakfast were burnt. Overall it was a decent stay.

Beautiful property. Large well furnished room with king bed and king sofa bed. Kitchenette with everything you need to stay a while. Great location. Very safe.

The staff was amazing. They understood my situation, and helped me to accomplish my 1 night stay. I loved their minimalist pool, the fact that the king bed room was like a studio apartment, and its location. The kitchenette could’ve been cleaner, but i wasn’t that worried about it. The phone answering time could also be a little quicker, but i wasn’t mad about it. Clean bed, clean pool, not a boat load of chlorine in it which was amazing, the breakfast was just Wonderful, so many choices, it was also Very safe, i did not feel unsafe ant any point. I also got to pick which floor i wanted at check in. I would give it 5 stars if it weren’t for the kitchenette thing and the call wait time/answer likelihood, but that’s just me being honest. Otherwise, great service, great amenities, and I hope i get to stay here again !!
