Location The sleeper sofa mattress needs to be replaced. So uncomfortable

Breakfast was good, conveniently located. First room AC was not working, called desk and was told oh yea that one has a trick to get it to work. Staff come to room and couldn't get it to work. Moved me to another room that it worked. Why would they book someone in a room that has a known issue?
