Location and I loved the restaurant that was there. We didn’t know it closed when we booked It needs updates asap and a facelift

Hotel was filthy! Floor and bathroom needs better cleaning. I requested my money back from Travelocity!

Last minute stay and this met our needs well. Comfy beds, quiet room, clean. Breakfast was lackluster, but, overall, grateful for the stay and feel we got our money's worth.

We chose this hotel because there was a pool. We'll it was green and slime covered. Ok whatever. Got in the room l, without using the key card, the door didnt lock from outside.. there were bugs in the sink, shower , crawling up th wall. Roaches i believe. And dead ones in the beds. I should have known better because when my son and his girlfriend was going to check the grren pool out, next door people were leaving saying man dont stay here they have bugs!! Totally disappointed and disgusted!

Location. Beds were full beds and there was no comforters on beds or extra blankets and the linen on the beds were very thin

Staff was very helpful about the situation. Checked in, went to the room and as soon as I got in there I had to kill cockroaches in the bathroom. Tub faucet backing was also broken. I didnt stay long enough to look at anything else. I immediately left to check out.

Terrible stay. The room smelled really bad. My son had to sleep in the car because the smell was making him sick. Found mold on the ceiling and wall around the bathroom mirror. The TV didn't work.

Upon arrival there was no one at the desk. Rang the bell and still no one arrived. Had to call the motel itself and let them know that I was there and no one to check in.

This hotel needs some tender loving care! Help!

Probably the dirtiest hotel I've stayed in, in quite a while. The fridge was disgusting, literslly dried food and liquid on the shelves. I took a photo to show the front desk. the tub was dirty and the overall room was terrible. Most of the walls were dirty.The continental breakfast was the cheapest offerings I have seen from a major name. Disappointing to walk out of your room and smell cigarette smoke. Even my room number was missing from the door.

The fridge is inside a cabinet and in one room the handles were missing.  My brother in law fixed it so the one working handle was at the top instead of the bottom. I will say the two men who checked us in and out were very helpful and kind.  I will never stay at this motel again.

Exceptional

Apparently they rent out the 1st floor apartments to homeless people. In the middle of the night, 2am, there are people outside wandering around talking loud and making noise. Couldn't sleep, felt very nervous.

Pool was green vending machines were broken or empty bugs in the bathroom only good bedding was clean bar was closed see they are remolding it needs it

I tried to pay for 2 more nights before my stay with the staff but they did not speak English and would not let me speak to a manager do I just stayed 2 nights at another property.

needs coat of paint big time. was clean though. good for one night stay. breakfast ok. not much to choose from. pancake machine down.

Lobby is nice and staff is helpful My room was filthy. Even had roaches and other bugs. I was naturally horrified . The staff found me a clean room..no bugs. And ‘clean’ is relative…the floors were still dirty . I showed them how the floors were black with dirt and the staffer took the issue to their manager who said they will change how they clean the floors.
