Hotel advertising will be undergoing renovations so hopefully problems of our noisy AC , running toilet sound off and on will be resolved . Conditioner bottle in room empty and breakfast amenities out of stock making it a disappointing stat overall . Staff very pleasant

It was close to the highway No hot water in the shower. It was just warm. The water pressure was very weak. The AC was soooo loud it sounded like a clothes dryer was in the room. The sheets were scratchy. It looked like it was decorated from the 1970’s. Orange and gold carpet????

I was a little concerned because the only people that I saw were the cleaning staff and my room was only cleaned one day in my entire stay. I also didn’t know what I would be receiving as an ambassador elite, whether it was credit at the market or extra points.

Staff were nice. Quite a few things were out of order, ie. water fillers, drinking fountains. The desk staff were kind enough to give us bottled water. Main hallway floor needed to be wiped down. Our room was clean.

The bed (mattress) was uncomfortable and the TV in the room was in poor condition. Not what we expected from a Fairfield as we have stayed at other Fairfield locations over the years.

Breakfast The room was dirty.. clumps of hair on the floor. Bathroom shower was dirty, hairdryer didn’t work, and I went to call the front desk and the phone was broke

Visible dust on check in counter and potted plants in lobby, bathroom corners dirty, coffee in lobby ice cold. Not a pleasant stay tv had bright light spots on the screen called the desk and they didn’t know what to do wouldn’t stay at a Marriott property again

Rooms were not clean. Something that appeared to be mold was in the bathrooms and something white was crusted on the sofa. I didn’t want to investigate any further…

Floors were dirty and elevator was dirty. The room was fine. Breakfast was just ok and bread products tasted undercooked

Both rooms the bathroom sink didn't drain ! T.v didn't work in one room so we moved to another ! Spent 183.00 for each room - don't think they were worth 83.00
