Staff were nice. Quite a few things were out of order, ie. water fillers, drinking fountains. The desk staff were kind enough to give us bottled water. Main hallway floor needed to be wiped down. Our room was clean.

Visible dust on check in counter and potted plants in lobby, bathroom corners dirty, coffee in lobby ice cold. Not a pleasant stay tv had bright light spots on the screen called the desk and they didn’t know what to do wouldn’t stay at a Marriott property again

The room was wet smelling and the sheets felt damp. Our room was not clean and we did not enjoy our stay.

Rooms were not clean. Something that appeared to be mold was in the bathrooms and something white was crusted on the sofa. I didn’t want to investigate any further…

Both rooms the bathroom sink didn't drain ! T.v didn't work in one room so we moved to another ! Spent 183.00 for each room - don't think they were worth 83.00

Shower curtain too small to contain water. AC excessively noisy. Fridge has no freezer section. Shower soap empty. No hot tub on premises .

Good location Excellent reception Quick and courteous resolution of minor room problem Comfy beds Lobby carpet stained; bad first impression Breakfast was not up to par; juice machine, not working at all, couldn’t even get water with breakfast. trash cans in breakfast area were so full It was difficult to find someplace to throw our own trash. Shower had no wall handles; we felt unsafe. As a Marriott Bonvoy member I stay at many of their hotels. This particular Fairfield is definitely not up to Marriott standards. The price far exceeds the quality.

The room decor was a bit dated but it was clean and there’s plenty of space. The staff was incredibly nice

Sink has a large crack which has been filled with grout or other material. Bed clothes and towels were clean. Carpet appeared dirty. Breakfast very limited. No black tea, fruit, or waffles. The hotel appears old and tired. Needs a renovation. Appeared to be short staffed. Expect more from a Marriott.
