It was fine

Front desk assistant was awesome! She was friendly and pleasant! The bed was clean and crisp. Room was dated but good for a nights stay. Easy on and off 77. The bathroom sink was not clean or coffee pot/cups even in plastic. We found hair…a lot on both and dirt. Again…good for a quick trip in and out. Best AC ever!

The staff was super nice. We ended up staying an extra day because we were traveling and they were very accommodating. We had some issues with the TV and the maintenance man came very quickly to rectify the issue. Will definitely stay there again when we travel back-and-forth to visit our family up north.

The staff was extremely nice, very helpful and very professional, great place to stay at affordable price, the facility was clean the room nice and clean except for the bathroom.

Booked on Expedia. When we arrived we checked in and our room door was ajar and the bed was a mess. Went back to the receptionist who informed me they had nothing else to offer other than a smoking king (I have two kids and my husband with me so that would not work) the receptionist informed me i had to work with Expedia to get the refund. Expedia emailed me days later that after multiple attempts they were unable to contact the property. I find that hard to believe because they have answered when I call. Someone needs to get me my refund because my family had to drive another 100 miles in the middle of the night to find a hotel because someone didn’t clean a room.

Quiet and clean, helpful staff and breakfast provided.

Could use a little update

Disappointed in the breakfast but the location was good and very clean. The Breakfast was very disappointing as there were not very many choices to choose from . Maybe try to provide more hot choices for the breakfast like eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and sausage gravy. Also some fruit juices would be nice also.

The hotel smelled like old stale cigarettes even though I asked for a none smoking unit. There was dirt and dust in the vents. There was dirt on the walls around the bed with what looked like mold. The floor had holes and turned out feet black. There looked like what was possibly mold under the sink.

Staff is friendly, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good. I stay here about two nights a month

Hotel was close to the interstate, registration was quick, room was nice, bed was good, hot water in shower, and breakfast was very good. Staff was very helpful in helping us find a place to get some eye glasses repaired.

Good value for the money. Only complaint was that the air-conditioning didn't put out very cold air.

Reviews were generally good so that was why we chose to stay. We didn't feel it was as good as advertised. It was an older property with a fabulous view of the mountains from our room. It didn't look very clean and they put laminate flooring in which when you got out of the shower you didn't want to walk on the floor. See above for both.

Staff was very professional and nice, rooms and All of the hotel area was clean. Was really pleased with this stay at Wythville Virginia super 8

Bed was not that comfortable , the air conditioning unit was very noisy and kept us awake most of the night.

Would not reccomend

Nice motel with clean rooms and decent prices.

Ended up leaving and going to another hotel because it was so bad.

Room was dirty and stink of cigarettes smoke.
