Super 8 by Wyndham Wytheville

The room was not clean when we checked it. It had dog hair all over the floor. Dust could be found on the fixtures. The bedding had cigarette burns on it.

WARNING: strongly recommend do not stay here. We made a reservation through Expedia. Got to the hotel and the desk person Lorie said my ID did not match. She said their policy is it has to match exactly (every letter, name, etc). Long story short she would not accept it and reiterated their policy. I had no issue with the policy but wanted to point out they did actually match. This was upsetting to her, she said I would not be staying there, and told me to leave. I said I needed to cancel and get a refund on a prepaid reservation. She said not helping me at all and walked off. My husband came in to de-escalate and she was disrespectful and rude to him too, but finally agreed to cancel and refund, when contacted by Expedia. Contacted Expedia and Josephine was very helpful and contacted the hotel. Josephine said Lorie was very rude. Fortunately we cancelled and got a full refund and stayed at a nicer place down the road. I would not stay here and would not recommend at all.

Nothing was good about this property

Room was clean, bed was comfortable and I slept well. Check in and out was easy and quick. I enjoyed my complimentary breakfast and will return to Days Inn on my next road trip east. Thank you

Nice, clean comfortable rooms with an awesome breakfast

The property is old, but rooms were clean. We were pleasantly surprised at the comfort of the bed! Breakfast was adequate and coffee was good. Overall, a nice experience for the price.

I was covered in little bug bites when we woke up this morning. I'm not sure what they were.

Close to food Got accused of taking pillows

This felt like checking into and staying at a Marriott. Everything about it was top shelf. Staff very helpful.

Breakfast was a joke Front desk was great - but that’s the only plus Save your money and go elsewhere. There are many alternative places to stay around.

Staff very helpful and easy check in and out. Room was very Clean, I have stayed there many times because of location plus the ROOMS ARE CLEAN, Price & Staff. I will be booking this Super 8 again soon for my September Trip.

Price is very reasonable, good free wi-fi and DirecTV, good breakfast quality and selection, everything in the room worked as it should. Flimsy building construction. You hear everything, especially footsteps upstairs if you are in a ground floor room, as well as guests outside in the parking area.

Breakfast wasn't that good. I have been in cleaner places. t was just ok.

It was easy to find and well located. In our room the door to the outside was not long enough and had a gap that would not prevent wind or wet from getting in. The room itself was ok.

Minimal breakfast and simple rooms. Nothing spectacular but nothing horrid.

The stay went as expected for the price, no complaints.

This Super 8 is not one of their better ones. Floor tiles loose and broken. Tub was stained or something, it was all gray on the bottom. Paint peeling on bottom of bathroom door. Parking lot not very good. Will not stay there again.
