This was a GREAT hotel! Clean, everything we needed, helpful, friendly staff and a wonderful breakfast. Loved it!

So I needed to find a hotel that accepted check ins for my 18 yr old son traveling home from college 11 hours away. The front desk wasn't sure about whether he could when he showed up but quickly confirmed that indeed this was allowed. She was a very nice lady who carried on a short conversation with him that eased the nervousness of handling this on his own for the first time. She even said he was very brave. He was happy with his room especially the shower that had a nice deep massaging feel. We will use this property as a mid-way stay over in the future.

Very nice. Clean, excellent breakfast. Only thing missing was a pool

Clean room, comfortable bed, pleasant staff, and a decent breakfast, all for a very reasonable price. What's not to like? We've stayed here before and will probably stay here again next time we need lodging in the area.

The room was very clean, and the HVAC unit relatively quiet and effective, with no squeaks or rattles. The shower was hot and had good water pressure. The bed was comfortable; sleeping was good. The breakfast was very good, far above the norm for I've experienced elsewhere in this price class, which meant I didn't have to spend additional money for a meal elsewhere. This brought the room+breakfast combined cost down to what I consider a real bargain rate for really good overnight accommodations. There was some road construction around the exit off of I-77, but it did not detract from the extremely convenient location for north-south travelers on I-77 and I-81. I travel through this area a couple times a year, and after several tries I've found my stopover. I will be staying here, unless something changes dramatically in the future.

nothing Tried pushing out from the desk and the wheels did not move which made me fall over backwards onto the floor. Tried calling the front desk 3 times with no answer. wife went down stairs and someone came up with her. She simply said you should not lean back on the chair. then later I went to get something off my desk and saw a bug run across the desk. Tried finding it but it went down the side of the desk and between the desk and tv cabinet. While looking for it saw 2 bugs but could not catch or kill them. Cleanliness, age (lack of upkeep) Cold eggs at breakfast, small dining area. Unreachable and supportive staff. That's enough for me never to stay at a Sleep Inn again.

The location was what I needed. Facilities were clean. Room was very clean. Although I slept well, the bed could have been a little more comfortable. But over all I would be more than happy to stay again.

The only thing I liked was the price however you get what you pay for. This is an old hotel. Everything is outdated. This hotel is in need of major renovations, scratched up and dirty paint around the elevator on the ground floor shows the hotels age. The room is musty, the bathroom is old, the carpet is dirty and the security lock on the room door is a joke. To me the worst part was the owners sitting in the reception area and standing outside, staring at us whenever we came in or out. It was very creepy.
