I booked this hotel with the expectation of a pool. Booked it in May and come to find out the pool has been being renovated since November and no where on the website does it say that!! No one from the hotel contacted me to let me know. And then they wouldn’t refund me anything for not having all the amenities! They have lost my business and we normally stay here once a year on our way to vacation!!

We stayed here last September of last year and had a great stay. It’s also the halfway point between my address in Michigan & my daughters in Florida.

It’s a relatively good place to stay with clean and spacious rooms. The downside is the breakfast. No waffle and no individual yogurt.

The room was not clean. The carpet was stained and the bathroom had not been cleaned properly. The toilet was loose - not firmly fixed to the floor.

Stopped for an overnight stay. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Desk attendant was friendly. Breakfast options were great, bacon, sausage, 3 kinds of potatoes, eggs could have been better but otherwise everything was great.. thank you!

It’s a regular hotel at normal price. Everything is fine except the breakfast.It’s hard to believe that with so many items, nothing is tasty.

Pricing was amazing, staff was great, room was clean, the breakfast was pretty standard but absolutely nothing to complain about! This was just a pit stop on our way to Charleston, it was easy to get to and super convenient !

The checkin lady was wonderful! Biggest issue to us was the large number of bikers who left their motorcycles at the front entrance so it was very difficult for anyone to unload vehicles or back out of handicap parking spaces. They should have been told to park in parking spaces.

This is a great hotel. We stayed here for the second time on our way from Toronto to Myrtle Beach. It was as good as last year: very clean - when you enter it smells cleanliness (Lysol:), the room is also very clean and fresh. I think we also got the same suit, at least it looked very similar. It was very quiet, beds were very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious - I love biscuits & gravy. Highly recommend!
