Love that there’s a bar / restaurant on property, but the facility just feels old and not well maintained. One elevator was out of service for the entire time, and the remaining one felt like it’s on its last legs, very slow. Room cleaning - one room had prior guests food leftovers still in the fridge, and the other had the toilet seat up & toilet paper roll messy, as if someone had used it since it’d been cleaned.

My room had bed bugs. Woke up to a couple four bites on my back. Found a living one on the pillow. Took a video and showed it to front desk. They just moved me to another room. Didn’t compensate me or discount the room charges for the night I slept with bed bugs. I used to work at a hotel and it’s pretty standard procedure to refund a guest that experiences bed bugs at our hotel. Definitely not going back.

The restaurant was very good . The elevator definitely needs updates. Also the rooms . Looks like they are in the process of renovating

I thought everything during my stay was at least ok or better except for one major issue. I am 82 years old and need the higher level toilet. I was told there are only 2 units out of about 120-130 units on the property that are handycapped dedicated. Not surprizing, both units were taken during my stay. I did not actually count them but there were many more than 2 parking spaces in the parking lot for the handycapped. I was told the property was built in 1987. There must have been a countless number of opportunities to upgrade more than 2 units to handycapped toilets over that timespane. Don't you think a number of toilets would have needed normal replacement.

Great location. I love it Nothing, everything was excellent

We arrived quite late and unfortunately did not get to take advantage of any of the lovely grounds, but the room was beautiful and the beds were so comfortable! I would absolutely come again if I were to come back to this area. We had an amazing breakfast at Noni's looking out over the golf course. What a gorgeous setting!

Would stay there again. Staff was very accommodating to our requests.

Love everything about Heritage Hills. We even had a great time at the miniature golf course and had a yummy ice cream.

Loved the restaurant and bar. Air conditioning in room was so loud we couldn't sleep. So either keep it on and not sleep or turn it off and sweat. Loudest ac in room 307. Horribly loud.

did not eat there nothing. very nice place

No glassware in a $270/Night Suite. Only one elevator worked in the hotel. The television channel options were lackluster and the televisions are too small. The pullout sofa, while not used, should be in a dumpster and not in a )270/Night Suite.

Comfortable room, nice amenities. Great dinner at the Grill.

They were very accommodating when I messed up the reservation

Elevator needs to be fixed ASAP,

I didn't like the way they cook the eggs . didn't give you creamer for or a spoon had to ask for them.
-
The best conditions. There was only 1 working elevator for 5 floors which took awhile. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean but definitely need updating.

The overall hotel was good. Overall a good stay and good value. Rooms had a great view of the golf course and the facilities around the course were great. They had an elevator out of order for the two weeks of our stay which was annoying because sometimes you had to wait over five minutes to get an elevator. All staff were super friendly except the man at reception.

This is a wonderful small resort with excellent food, live entertainment on some nights. A beautiful golf course with indoor and outdoor dining. A brand new huge screen to watch outdoors. Food was a great value with large portions. Top tracer driving range. We will definitely go back.

Liked location to restaurants, gas stations and Rt 283 and 30. Staff friendly and helpful. Microwave and refrigerator in the room Smell of the room was a bit musty/moldy. Probably needs updated or deeply cleaned. AC was noisy at times.
