Heritage Hills Golf Resort

Very convenient to multiple plans we had in the area. Views of the golf course are lovely from the cafe, even with a rainy weekend.

My only complaint is that they do not even have a continental breakfast available. The restaurant is top notch ... but doesn't open until 9am

Staff was great! Building is run down and needs to be renovated. Food was good and mini golf was fun. I just wish the place wasn’t so old. We had to move rooms multiple times. The first room triggered my asthma for some reason, not sure if it was a previous pet, mold, or dust. I’m just glad they were able to move us and I could breathe a little better.

The view and location. Room was outdated and in disrepair with stained carpeting, holes in lampshade, woodtrim around mirror coming apart, warped ceiling tiles in bath, filthy wall grate in bath, low to ground commode, access to eating areas not the greatest for mobility challenged guests due to having to use stairs.

Lovely visit to PA in September. Stayed at this hotel before attending an event at York Country club and had some pizza and drinks with friends in the open indoor bar area. Lively and friendly crowd. Attended the event and returned to the outside patio bar and continued the evening with friends until close. We walked up a few stairs and entered the hotel from the back and to our outdated but very clean and spacious room. We appreciated the vibe and service and will visit again.

My room was never cleaned during my two night stay. Have stayed at other less expensive places and room was always cleaned during my stay. Could hear the highway outside my window too.

Everything about the hotel is dated and showing signs of wear and lack of upkeep. Registration staff were not exactly rude, but not exactly friendly. The rooms are dark, the bed sleeps like a bean bag, and the air conditioning unit was so loud we had to turn it off to sleep. When the room next to us took a shower, it was louder than the air conditioning. This used to be a really nice place, but there are nicer amenities at a Hampton Inn at this point.

Great clean and comfortable room for the weekend. The golf course looked good but I didn't have a chance to play. I'd love to return for golf.

My booking for golf was canceled one day and not correctly given another day so we only really got one day of golfing. But they did offer us two hours of free simulating golf but besides that everything was very nice.

Room was clean, a little out dated but nice. Staff was very nice and very helpful. The bar was good. We had breakfast at Nonni's it was very good and the lunch we had was excellent. The golf course was beautiful, a little over packed with golfers, need to spread out there times more, a lot of congestion on the course.

Old and worn out in several areas. Undergoing renovation in a couple areas but it doesn't look like it is being completed. One of only two elevators not operational for over 10 days. The operational elevator is in 3rd world condition. Except for a whirlpool tub in the bedroom area the room is just very standard. The air conditioning unit is the loudest encountered anywhere in the world, an unacceptable level. The bathroom is small and the toilet is extremely low to the floor. It appears the "resort" caters to the golfing community and thus the golf course consequently the hotel and rooms are suffering from neglect.
