We only stayed 1 night, so we did not have a chance to use the pool. Our room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Check-in staff was training, she was very pleasant. My son and I enjoyed the breakfast as well.

The staff was extremely helpful though. Upon arrival they were able to get us a new room with a king better and sofa to better support our family of 5. Overall the stay was ‘okay’ but the hotel could use a bit of maintenance. There was a panel in our room that was barely closed. The lobby bathroom door is worn in the corner and you can see light through it.

We were there because a family member was not doing well in the hospital and passed away. Two of the night staff found out and was truly compassionate and made sure we had anything we may have needed. Their actions were above and beyond and showed that there are caring people.

Cool place, clean rooms, great staff

I thought I was renting a sweet with a pulled out and Kitchen. My issue was the couch was not a pull it was flip that was to heavy for my 79 year old mother nor my 85 are 80 year old aunt to flip. The couch had no mattress the staff had to come and pull the couch out bring a piece of foam and make the bed while we stood in the corner with no where to seat. The next day when we call down to have the couch put back together the Housekeeping Manager who by Diamond told we were rushing her and she was tired of hearing about the couch. She was very mean and aggressive. But said that just how she talks (A Manenger). I came back down at 950 the couch was not put back together yet and there was not a place to seat for 3 people. I told Diamond I didn't want a problem because she was very aggressive. Then the General Manager then came up to the front desk were there was 6 staff including Diamond. Janette Lnzary was very aggressive towards me. I told her I didn't want a problem. I was not satisfied with paying 590 for 2 nights for a room the said pull out sofa and have to wait and ask to get the sofa put up and down. She well you can leave since you want to ask for names and make phone calls. At that point she said you know what your reservation is cancelled you have an hour. I begged her to let us stay she as long as you don't complain. I went to the room my family was terrified from the experience.

Amazing, literally everything we needed was there. Staff were so nice! Very dog friendly. Great pool!

They gave us a room that was used and dirty. The second room had people staying in there. Too much noise and loud music

Everything was fine

The room was amazing , had a whole kitchen oven , microwave , sink , refrigerator, and the whole entire place was spotless , only minus a star because me and my bf only went to this hotel for the pool :( and the water was freezing like cold cold oh well still a good overall experience.

Room was great. Little bit of wear and tear but very clean and comfortable. I didn't really check the room details when I booked it and was happily surprised that there was a small kitchenette. Had full size fridge, microwave and small cooktop. We'll definitely book again when in that area.

The sofa bed was not a sofa bed. It fold out but it was not a mattress. It was hard and uncomfortable. Definitely misleading
