The room was amazing , had a whole kitchen oven , microwave , sink , refrigerator, and the whole entire place was spotless , only minus a star because me and my bf only went to this hotel for the pool :( and the water was freezing like cold cold oh well still a good overall experience.

Room was great. Little bit of wear and tear but very clean and comfortable. I didn't really check the room details when I booked it and was happily surprised that there was a small kitchenette. Had full size fridge, microwave and small cooktop. We'll definitely book again when in that area.

The sofa bed was not a sofa bed. It fold out but it was not a mattress. It was hard and uncomfortable. Definitely misleading

Breakfast was alright. Pool was freezing for being a "heated" pool. I let my kids get in for about 30 mins but it was crazyy cold! Beds seemed comfy

Do not stay in an odd numbered room, you will he on the side of the huge trucking warehouse that is working all night.long. We stayed 4 nights and they never cleaned the room. We had to go to the front desk and ask for toilet paper, towels and trash bags because the room was not equiped. Also, the pool was down for.maintenance the whole time we were here. We will jot stay here again.

Was charged double for the room. Charged through booking .com and when I got to hotel they had no evidence of me paying through booking.com and charged me again full price of the stay.

When my husband and I enter the building it looked just like any other. BUT when we enter our room it was like going into an apartment. There was a full size refrigerator,stove everything we needed was in the room . The breakfast was wonderful. we have stayed in many hotels and I have to say this one was one of the best ones .and the rates were good too. Everything was so wonderful I have nothing to complain about.
