Helpful staff. They changed our room after learning about inadequate soundproofing in our first room. However, in our second room, we found someone’s socks in the bathroom and hair on mattress on sofa bed.

while the hotel looked a bit scruffy on the outside, my room/king size bed, high floor, was super clean and super comfortable. Lovely bathroom, very comfy bed and linens (and towels). Also very quiet.
