From the front desk staff to the maids, everyone was so helpful and pleasant. The night manager was acceptionally welcoming and took care of our every need. We had a 91 year old father and 86 year old mother with us and he made sure they had a great experience. The only negative was that our towel rack in the room was broken. It's a small detail but I felt it should have been taken care of before renting the room.

Our AC unit did not work. The manager on duty at the time offered to switch our room. We had just gotten there and didn't touch anything (bed, bathroom, etc.) His GM told him not to switch our room. Our fridge didn't work. I only booked at this hotel because it said there was a hot tub. They had it closed off and I was told it was just closed for the night, then the weekend and then another staff member told me they were having it removed. So I'm not even sure what they real reason was. The wallpaper in the room was peeling from several spots in the room. They had a Starbucks and a bar downstairs, but no one was ever there running it. It definitely was not work the cost of the room. I won't be staying at this location again.

They didn’t fix AC, and it stayed on 66 the whole time when I asked twice for it to be fixed and our room never got cleaned

Great staff The shower in the bathroom leaked water onto the bathroom floor which soaked the bathmat which explained the tile floor being uneven and loose Other then that I loved the room

Went to check out and nobody was at the front desk. Called the phone 3 times to get someone at the front t desk and nobody answered or came. Room was all beat up, door looked like it was broke with a digging iron and very dirty. Heat also didn’t work in my room. Terrible experience

Property was clean. The bistro, their chef was amazing . Very friendly and breakfast she made for us was great! Staff was decent. When we checked in , it was pretty late so what can really go wrong. We drove 21/2 hours to stay there. Had something to attend near by. Before leaving the area realized my son had left his pillow in the room. I called the hotel twice, and still left without his pillow, after being told they would check with housekeeping.theres no way it was thrown out. This was BEFORE our check out time!

All things advertised were not true, the pool was not available, restaurant was closed and was hardly open. The first room we were given the trash cans were all full of trash and stuff smeared on the wall (looked like blood) and the bed was broken. Staff constantly on phones and FaceTime and not attentive to anything surrounding them. It was a rough go for a place with the price.

The location was good. The room was nice. The staff was rude. The elevators did not work a few of my friends and family booked this hotel to attend a birthday party nearby. We were stuck in the elevator, and then complained that the elevator didn’t work and we were told by the staff that they already knew. I actually checked out early because of this problem.

Everything about this hotel was great, check in staff, cleanliness and convenience for what my family needed. Would definitely stay here again if i need to

Pool & hot tub were cold. The shower in the room leaked, the floor in the bathroom showed a lot of water damage.
