Grounds are pretty, but the building itself is run down. Checked in and went to my room and found the room door wide open. The man at the front desk advised me that the AC could only be controlled by the wall panel. There was no wall panel anywhere in the room. There was mold in the corners of the tub (not a lot, but enough to notice). Area was sketchy.

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen in my life! The bed sheets were stained, the furniture was dirty, and the staff was rude!

The room smelled strongly like smoke, the bathroom had visible damage (peeling ceiling and poor maintenance), and overall cleanliness was unacceptable. I also did not receive housekeeping or fresh towels unless I specifically requested it, which was not explained at check-in. I stayed both nights because I had no other option, but the conditions were not acceptable for what I paid ($274). I have photos as proof. I’m requesting a partial refund or compensation due to the poor conditions and misleading quality.

Clean room, kids enjoyed nice deep pool, great location.

So so experience. Staff seemed stressed upon check in. Housekeeping didn’t service the room during stay.

The carpet wes gross feeling when you walk on it without shoes the bathroom curtain was stain and look very old and the material of the towels was horrible and no venting in the bathroom or fan and the chairs were very old and not comfortable to sit on for the price I paid I expected a lot better I felt like I was at a very cheap hotel cuz in the room The grounds looks very nice the pool the office looks nice

Disaster. Dirty and outdated. At 11:00 at night they needed to evacuate the 2nd floor because someone fell thru the stairs. The fire Marshall was there and deemed the 2 nd floor unsafe because we didn’t have 2 sets of stairs to exit if needed. They moved us to a first floor room and told me I would be compensated for 1 night. Just got my charges in the card and they never gave me the credit. Stay away from this property.

The pool was fantastic. Our boys really loved it! The front desk was accommodating to all of our requests.The maintenance lady stopped a kid from coming into the pool assuming I would watch him which was much appreciated because I didn't want to assume responsibility for anyone else's kid that didn't ask. The pool hours listed 10-10 but I guess they were actually 10-9.

Favor don’t stay here

Our experience was disappointing due to several accessibility and service issues. Check-in was slow with only one staff member working the counter. We were assigned a second-floor room, but there was no elevator and no assistance offered with our luggage. Furthermore, the room is not accommodating for disabled guests; the bathroom is extremely small, and the sink is located outside of it."

Door to the room was broken and didn't appear to close the whole way. The air conditioning didn't work. Was set at 64, but never cooled below 77°F. Carpets were so dirty it turned the bottom of my socks brown.

The beds were clean so you got that right, however there was caked dust on the rooms safe.

When we walked up to the property there was dirty bloodied bandages in the walkway to the check in area. The property was unkept. The manager gave us our keys before the cleaning service got the room serviced. The rooms smelt like mildew and we canceled our stay and decided to go to BestWestern. Unkept property, non-cleaned rooms, manager Michael was rude and hung up on me three times.

The bed, breakfast., towels were nice and soft. The check in personnel, was not ready to receive people checking in at 3pm. Did not have enough staff to deal the amount of people checking in.

Whirlpool was not operating. Staff were all great. Especially night desk checkin and breakfast staff. Clean rooms. Opps .. put in above comment. Whirlpool not working nor was the lobby water feature. Probably due to economic situation. Drape lining was falling apart. Tub faucet was leaking … even onto floor…. Fall risk factor..!!

Only stayed one night. Bed was comfortable and water pressure was good.

When I call they said the pool was open when I got there the pool was not operating refrigerator didn't get cold enough
