Staff was very helpful

Found cockroaches in my room-front desk staff terrible. Would never stay again.

The front desk was super helpful in getting a ground level room. Our room was clean and had been renovated. We were very happy to bee right beside the pool. The breakfast was good and free. This is our second visit while taking a trip to Hersheypark and we will be back.

Good for the price

Room needs upgrade. Door was broken.

Rooms were clean and the staff were great! Air conditioning was fine, the only problem was the noise level. Some of the other guests were pretty noisy late at night, you could hear doors slamming, heavy walking and shouting going on. Although the hotel sets back some from the road, traffic was still a little noisy. But overall, it was a very nice stay.

Great Stay

Garbage was overflowing down the hallways. Building needs to be updated on the outside. Asked for a queen size beds and got full-size. Breakfast area was 80°. It was so hot. Could not open up the door of the room. Door key had no information on it at all. It was just a white card.

For starters, it is pretty much on a main street so definitely close to many stores and very convenient for restaurants in different options. Unfortunately, front desk receptionist was very dismissive not very welcoming and pretty much check me in and that that was the end of it no introduction and no layout as far as what time breakfast served or the times at the pool, etc. as far as the room is concerned, it is Pennsylvania so there are many bugs on the outside one or two may have seeped in so no big deal but definitely Something to keep an eye for furnishing wise the couch that we got in our suite room was very outdated seemed a little musty in there as well and the drainage overall seems very outdated

They need to modernize this place. Nice location but the rooms are very dated and worn out. The rooms were clean but the paint needs work, the bathroom door was broken, the carpet ripping. The bed, sheets and pillows were nice and clean. The AC worked well. Breakfast was good for it being included in the price of the room.

Grounds are pretty, but the building itself is run down. Checked in and went to my room and found the room door wide open. The man at the front desk advised me that the AC could only be controlled by the wall panel. There was no wall panel anywhere in the room. There was mold in the corners of the tub (not a lot, but enough to notice). Area was sketchy.

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen in my life! The bed sheets were stained, the furniture was dirty, and the staff was rude!

The room smelled strongly like smoke, the bathroom had visible damage (peeling ceiling and poor maintenance), and overall cleanliness was unacceptable. I also did not receive housekeeping or fresh towels unless I specifically requested it, which was not explained at check-in. I stayed both nights because I had no other option, but the conditions were not acceptable for what I paid ($274). I have photos as proof. I’m requesting a partial refund or compensation due to the poor conditions and misleading quality.

Clean room, kids enjoyed nice deep pool, great location.

So so experience. Staff seemed stressed upon check in. Housekeeping didn’t service the room during stay.

Disaster. Dirty and outdated. At 11:00 at night they needed to evacuate the 2nd floor because someone fell thru the stairs. The fire Marshall was there and deemed the 2 nd floor unsafe because we didn’t have 2 sets of stairs to exit if needed. They moved us to a first floor room and told me I would be compensated for 1 night. Just got my charges in the card and they never gave me the credit. Stay away from this property.
