Wingate Suites by Wyndham Youngstown - Austintown

I’ve stopped here several times when traveling and always pleased with the accommodations,staff and clean rooms.

Great property and awesome staff. Very accommodating. Yes, it’s going through renovations. But the rooms are beautiful and you wouldn’t know it being renovated unless you look closely.

Uncomfortable hard mattress poor lighting in the room. Doors were not functioning. Out of soap. The construction no pool or breakfast. Not a value for the cost. I was made aware of the pool was unavailable during construction but not having breakfast I found out at the check in after I asked .

Very clean and professional. Hotel was fully booked and the noise was quiet. Will stay again.

Very big room The building has a noticeable slant. Doors dont shut properly and stuff rolls across the floor. Concerned about the foundation

Though it’s under construction renovation, it was clean and an awesome price for a late night arrival from the road trip.

animals present, automatic pancake maker didn't work right, no waffle machine, non pork breakfast meats.

Staff was awesome. Rooms were nice. Was never told while booking that there was remodeling taking place both inside and out. Construction dust everywhere in the air. The continental breakfast area was right next to the construction area with no separation. No access to the pool. Elevators malfunctioned so we had to take the stairs. If I would have known there would so many problems, I would have booked somewhere else.

I liked the layout of my room. The hotel severely needs an upgrade.

Not much to like. Overpriced for such an old run down hotel. Old. I guess it was being renovated since facilities were all closed. Looks like they may have painted our room recently but they just painted over holes and cracks in the ceiling.

The room size. It was big. The lobby was under renovation and it was dusty.

The pool was closed. Breakfast. The bacon was overly crispy. The potatoes and the eggs was dry and cold. The furniture in room 303 was old, and damaged. The ceiling over the shower was patched.
