Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Yuma

No breakfast only coffee and a small granola bar. No blow-dryer in rooms, all except towels you need to ask and pay for. Hotel is new but if mentioned breakfast they told me only coffee in the lobby. No coffee maker in the room.

Room 309 had fleas. I got bit on my legs

Room was very cold and clean!

Facility and rooms are newer (staff member said they opened Nov 2025) and clean. Staff was friendly. Only complaint was their breakfast, which is offered until 0930. At 0820, no coffee, but more was made once we asked - and the only items available were some packaged muffins and nature valley bars. Otherwise I would recommend staying here. Easy on/off access to freeway and the territorial prison museum is close and recommend visiting if you have time.

Clean, clean, comfortable!

The building is new so it's very clean and nice and so are the room. I was looking forward to using the kitchenette but there was nothing in the cupboards or drawers. I later found a little notice saying you have to request kitchen items downstairs. An inconvenience for me and the main reason I stayed here was for the kitchenette use.Coffee in the lobby was rarely fresh. Housekeeping also has to be requested and is an extra fee.

Brand new and clean!

The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. The room was a nice size and even had a refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop. The soap in the bathroom was amazing. We will definitely stay here again.
