Ac, pool, it was hot outside but cooling my room

Nice and quiet, clean and quick registration

The room smelled amazing, super clean. The pillows were incredibly comfortable. Where can i buy them by the way? The staff was friendly super comfy stay

Conveniently located poorly maintained. Lots of potential but not cared for. Would not put this property on Expedia for sure until curated.

The room was so dirty. There was dead roaches and hair all over the bathroom. My feet were black from walking around the floors. AC took about three hours to cool the room down. Ice machine was broken. People downstairs complained about our kids within three minutes of us checking in. Would never stay here again. Would have left if we didn’t arrive late at night and need to get the kids to bed.

The place was very clean no trouble with anyone.Over all very good just don't go during the summer it's very hot in Yuma.I made the mistake of going now i had no I idea it was going to be that hot.But the EC was working great no trouble great air conditioning in my room. But if you like the heat then no problem 😊. But I will come back during the winter for sure.

Good basic economy motel. Served it purpose as a "home base" while in Yuma for a few days to visit my dad.

I was satisfied with everything

Great spot with laundry machines. Bed was comfy and cheap vending machine.

The rooms have a partial remodel. New tile floors big plus. It was clean. Bed was very comfortable with multiple pillow options. The tub, vanity are old and tired. Paint went right over bad trim boards. So remodel was a bit sloppy. Street noise and neighbors start very early in the morning. Not hot now, but I suppose the Arizona heat is the reason for the very early start to the day.

Esay access, parking parking was great

I always like this hotel . The rooms are very inexpensive and the hotels doing renovations and it's looking great . My favorite thing about this hotel is the price of the rooms. In addition, it's a small property which makes it quiet and less concern about anything negative occuring in p0p0
