Everything is always immaculately clean, the customer service is outstanding, and the complimentary breakfast is better than expected. What really stood out this trip was that we accidentally left our car key behind. The staff safely held onto it, and we were able to pick it up on our way back from San Diego without any issues. Straight-up A++. Great hotel, excellent value, and I highly recommend it.

Such a good value with lots of breakfast options and coffee included too. Everyone was super nice. Plenty of parking. Two elevators. Luggage racks. Filtered water to fill up your bottles as well as iced cucumber and lemon water. Lobby is nice with seating, tables, outlets and a couple of work stations. It’s within walking distance of Main Street in the cute historic downtown Yuma area. I loved the food and drinks nearby at Prison Hill Brewing two blocks away that also had beers to go. My only complaint was that the pool didn’t have any shade around it. At 112 degrees I took a swim and had to immediately go back in. I still consider this a 5 star experience.

Our family of 7 stayed for about a week as we were preparing to move. Even as a larger family, we fit reasonably well into the room, we a spot to sleep for everybody. The only tiny quibble is that the pool towels had a tendency to be under-stocked, but otherwise, the property was fantastic and the staff was more than accommodating.

the breakfast was great, the gal that checked us in was very courteous, helpful and overall, very professional which made the check-in process smooth, we also asked for a target, and she directed us with no issues. I did not read the small print that our rooms are serviced only as requested. So, coming back from an all-day funeral I left my bed unmade, and I took everything off the bed thinking, it would be done, but i slept with a blanket i had since i placed everything on the floor.

The Hilton Yuma Pivot Point doesn't quite live up to its prestigious name. My room had a torn couch, a slow-draining sink, along with a dirty shower enclosure. All of which was documented to the front desk manager's attention. No one came up to inspect my room. Notwithstanding, the breakfast was very good.

Very helpful staff, and the breakfast is amazing. Never have to worry about parking always enough parking spaces.

Breakfast and generous&modern layout of the hotel, also appreciated the water station in the lobby. Nice rooms. Walking distance to good restaurants, coffee shop, brewery.
