The place had bed bugs

No working ice machine. Had to ask for bed pillows. Breakfast included a half filed cereal box and waffles and coffee. While my husband tried to relax with his coffee the clerk sat behind us with his feet on the couch speaking loudly on his phone on speaker mode in a foreign language. The room was dark, bed was ok.

This was hands down one of the nastiest hotels I have stayed in. If it wasn’t for it being a last minute booking at 1am after driving for 9 hours straight, I would have gone literally anywhere else and paid the extra $300 to stay at somewhere at least clean. There was food and trash/bathroom products all over the halls, we were on the 3rd floor at the end of the hall so thats a lot of trash….The toilet had urine and hair all over the seat. The couch had no cushions on it at all so you could see all the stains. Im not convinced the room was clean other than the bed being made. Not to forget the TV didn’t work at all. We didn’t bother trying the breakfast the next morning as we were just too disgusted with the condition of the hotel. Also, the air conditioner does not work, the entire hotel is hot. Our room was on 67 and we were burning up, thats coming from someone who sleeps in winter clothes and a heavy comforter in 80 degree weather!! The ONLY positive thing I have to say about this place is that the front desk staff was very friendly!

The room had places where if you stumbled you could have cut yourself badly. The bathroom door handle was partially off and didn’t close unless you forced it. I had cleaned the fecal matter off the toilet and wipe down all surfaces where my items sat. Beds seemed cleaned. The room ac leaked but we put a bucket where it was leaking to prevent the carpet being soaked.

Upon arrival, the exterior appeared to be in poor condition. The roof showed visible damage, the pool was empty, and the overall appearance of the property was uninviting. A scissor lift was positioned directly in front of the entrance, limiting vehicle access. This was particularly inconvenient because I was traveling with my elderly mother and had to park farther away while navigating limited space to assist her in and out of the van. The entrance area was also cluttered with paint buckets and construction materials. When I entered the lobby to check in, there was no air conditioning. A vent hose had been run through a window behind the front desk, and the lobby was very hot. The area was cluttered with renovation materials, and no staff member was present. A sign instructed guests to dial "0" for assistance, but it took approximately 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk. Concerned about the condition of the property, I asked if I could see the room before completing check-in. The employee went to the back and never returned, so after waiting about five minutes, I left to search for another hotel. Unfortunately, due to a convention or local event, other accommodations were fully booked. When I returned to complete check-in, I was informed that only one of my two reserved rooms had been received by the hotel. I provided my Hotels.com c

Nothing Internet didnt work for both days Tv didnt work Had 2 kids so that made the stay just wonderful. Room said no smoking but reaked of cigarette smoke and the window to the outside was unlocked and open 3 inches, luckily I peeked behind the curtain. So I was able to close and lock it

… No WiFi which they didn’t tell you. And the toilet wasn’t clean. The people before us left there receipt in the room which means they didn’t clean it

The room had a bad smell to it and the blankets on the bed look like they haven’t been washed

Close to what I need to be near but for a family it is a bad location The room had a bed feeling and the ac unit in the room was broken. No way to secure the adjoining room from opening. Just had bad feelings about the whole hotel. If it wasn't close to where I needed i would have booked another room in a different hotel

The room they gave me was actually occupied by someone else

I spent three days at this location. it is very poorly ran. The internet was down, The toilet seat is broken the microwave door came loose, the door lock failed, Front desk person yelled at me about it is not her responsibility. I wish I could get my money back. It was a nightmare.

Nothing Staff was not friendly. When asked for clean towels, sheets or anything else. They will tell you housekeeping will bring it up, but they don’t. Have to ask them several times, and then they will tell you, well you have to bring your sheets and towels to front desk…. Ummm why am I doing hotels job.

We did check between the bed sheets to make sure it was clean and it pass the test, the sheets were clean as far as we could tell. NEVER AGAIN will I ever stay there.
