There wasn’t a whole lot we liked about the property. Probably won’t stay here again and definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anybody else. The hotel itself was filthy. Random bags of trash sitting all over the place. Room was hot and humid when we went in. The “complementary breakfast” consisted of waffles and a cereal container that was empty. Burn holes in the blankets on the bed.

rooms are ok but need more maintenance sheets from the bed wore ripped and dirty i stay for 7 days and when i neede clean towels i needed to wait 1 hr until they where done washing it , breakfast bar was not that clean too so yea.

They had trash and food in the desk of the room and the sink. cables open box tv didn't work good and no fire alarm so I don't think I can back

The next morning a sent a complaint to Expedia. I received a copy of a bill from the hotel saying zero $$ owed. I assumed that meant my $137.08 would be refunded. The charge has cleared my account but so far no refund.

I called to verify their pool was open and they said yes. When we arrived the pool was closed and had dirt. I told them I asked for a redund and they said I would stil get charged 1 days worth so I decided to stay but the main reqson for renting the room was so that my family could use the pool. The pictures online were not at all how the hotel was. Thw elevator made serious noises and I was cery disappointed at the false advertising.

The staff was great! Very friendly and accommodating. I think the room needed some work as far as the furniture and cleanliness but overall it was very comfortable and the AC worked great

Other than the fact that it was dirty and the pool was down the staff was very nice, and I felt for them. But everything is not well maintained and the pictures are very old it’s not what it looks like now.

An urgent last minute need for a room. It was older carpet. No problem. A few details to show age but it was clean, well maintained and the bed was comfortable.

Cleaning staff was very helpful. Room was clean , pillows were hard. Staff would tell me that all the cereal and milk were already consumed for the day and no more was available! No cereal or milk ever available during my 3 night stay. The door lock was loose, very hard to open, took 2 people to open it! Had to push hard! Was told all the locks were like that. Should have taken my tools! Shower curtain was about 8” too short so water spilled out onto floor!

Pleasant

Nothing. Pool was closed, floors were dirty, no AC in the hallway, 2 guest but 1 towel and there was never a +1 because they didnt have enough, continental breakfast = cereal and a cutie (orange), my key card could open ANY room - I felt sooo safe (sarcasm)... I blocked the door with the furniture at night, and the elevator had me thinking my time on earth was done = scary!

No wifi. hairs on the sheets, stained and old furniture, poop stains on the toilet, sweaty smelly pillows . overall smell not pleasant either, not that I cared but swimming pool was not available. Staff not very helpful but did bring new sheets which had only one hair. Paid $115 through booking.com and expected something a little better. My fault I did not read the reviews because I have had pretty good luck with super 8 in the past, The trolly to help with luggage was broken. I had a oxygen machin I had to drag to the 2nd floor. General apathy of staff. I can not imagine what it is like to work there. The place reeked with pot and lobby trash cans had not been dumped. Probably could tell I and my wife were not happy

Son una estafa reserve mi hotel ya estaba pago y cuando llegue me exigieron la tarjeta de crédito con la cual pagué y como no la tenía tuve que perder el dinero y reserva otro hotel hasta ahora no me dan respuesta sobre la devolución

No pude hospedarme

Trip double booked, not one person knows whats going on and the hotel is hotter inside than outside. No pool, breakfast nonexistent and you get accused of smoking when you dont smoke.
