Clean room

The place was unclean. The fridge itself was enough not to touch. I guess I was disappointed because I travel for work and for 130 a night I usually get a best western plus that is always very clean and friendly. This place was a spot I will never stay at again.

Just atayed one night. Reminded me of a facikiry for truckers. Basic, clean with no frills.

The room didn’t look anything like the picture posted on Expedia. There were no nightstands, the bed was pushed against the wall and you could feel the mattress springs. The shower curtains were too short, there was one chair to sit on, horrible. Lucky weeere so tired from our road-trip, that helped with falling asleep despite all the traffic noise from the street.

Absolutely Horrible & Nasty! At 10pm, front desk goes home. Nobody is working upfront and take phones off the hook so only a busy signal. In the end, took an 1hr 45min to get checked in. I was not alone, other customers waiting. Between calling front desk with hotel phone, outside number, and even having Choice Privilege call and have same issues. Finally got a number to contact the on-call person which took another 30 min for her to arrive. Finally got keys and got upstairs to room and keys didn’t work. Had to track down person before they bolted again. The places smells, it’s dirty & nasty to its core. AVOID at all costs.

Blow dryer not provided, just an FYI. There was a mini kitchen but zero utensils, plates, glasses or cooking ware in order to use the kitchen

The longer I stayed the more I noticed how gross the floors were and how much dog hair (from what I assume was the previous stayer) was left uncleaned, especially in the bathroom corners. The room I was staying in smelt like someone had been living in it for a bit. There was also not one night I stayed where the bathroom vent was not banging LOUDLY. My room's upper lock was non existent; as a woman on a work trip, I did not feel safe. On the outside, it looks like a decent hotel, on the inside you must know that there's no services provided, no breakfast, no sheet changing, no towel refills, or garbage removing services, you must do it all yourself. Not even coffee, just vending machines. As a woman, do NOT stay here. I've heard men screaming as well. Again, I do not recommend this hotel.

Not much you can cook with 2 little burners. The quality inn I stayed in was much nicer than this, mattress don’t fit on frame, so you hang off the edge or fall off, the whole place smells of Pot!!!!! And you can’t use the tub, it’s stuck on shower!

When I finally got a different room at almost 5:00 pm on the second day of my 2 day stay. Our first room had no curtains on the windows. No security latch on the doir, no bathroom door, no shower curtain, the stove top was just sitting out of the insert on top of the counter with expised live electrical wires. There were no nightstands to place our things on.

I will never go back there again.

Absolutely nothing. It’s a NIGHTMARE HERE. The management was awful and rude and unprofessional and liars. It was the dirtiest and most ghetto hotel we have ever been to. And the manager Alex harassed me on my phone until I woke up so she could go off on me for nothing. The elevators don’t work and it’s so nasty and bugs everywhere and the smell was horrid all over.
