Very nice place to stay

The rooms are good size with a separate, small seating area. The location is excellent and there is ample free parking which is important in Alameda. It was clean and the staff were friendly. Some things are starting to be a little dated, but there was nothing about the property that I didn’t like.

Good location property was well maintained with good immunities. Staff was helpful at check in. I stayed for one night in a King suit with a couch that let out to a single size bed comfortable for one person. Property offered a complementary breakfast. The only discrepancies I had with the property was the shower in my room. The bottom portion became dismantle, and no one came to repair it during my stay, and the complementary breakfast was self serve, and some of the other. guess were a little rude to guest during the complementary breakfast this was brought to the attention of the morning staff.

The hotel in general and my room in particular were very clean. I also found it a quiet place to stay, which I liked very much.

I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and the helpful staff throughout my stay. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, which made the experience very pleasant. There was no swimming pool, but the hot tub was cosy and great for relaxing. Staff could be somtime slow in responding to room service.

Really like the simplicity and well thought out accommodation. Everything one needs without being fussy. I have used this hotel many times for fam and always reliable. A bonus is the location many great restaurants in Alameda including our fav right across the street, East Ocean ( think Dim Sum)
