Policies changes with each employee. Without the view, it is one level below Motel 6.

Beautiful place to stay, chose the room facing the marina and it was very peaceful and relaxing.

Nice view of the marina. Very comfortable. Nice to have a counter and mirror outside the bathroom. Wish there had been lotion available.

But, the guests that arrived Friday and Saturday night were loud, noisy, and inconsiderate way past midnight. On Friday morning, a woman was knocking on a nearby room at 2:30 AM, asking to be let in. A large family of kids were going up and down the hall near midnight as if it was a playground. And finally, the TV monitor was quite nice but it took both remotes (the monitor and the DISH TV) to locate channels.

This was a nice stay but the outside noise was overwhelming with people partying in the outside area until almost 3am. Otherwise it's a good stay and good deal. Staff is helpful, it's clean, all the basic things you need when traveling but the noise sucked.

The building looked clean overall, and the room was small but comfortable. The fridge doesn’t have a freezer. Parking wasn’t too hard to find when we stayed there and it was free.

The person who checked me in wasn't very welcoming, luckily the person that checked me out was great even while busy and on the phone.

Check in process seemed extraordinarily long. First came the processing of our payment arranged through Hotels.com wrnsite. Then came a security deposit fee. Then came the identify your car license plate. I understand step 3 to a degree. I’m not clear on why many hotels don’t apply a step 2 (deposit). Perhaps I’ve been staying in the wrong parts of town.

We had the standard room which didn't have a full view of the Marina, but we had a partial view that was still very nice. Rooms and lobby area were cozy, clean and well maintained. Appreciated that there was microwave, small fridge and coffee station; also a laundry room. Additionally we really appreciated the free parking! Stayed 3 nights and enjoyed staying at this little hotel. Only complaint would be on the second day, the bedsheets were not changed and they ran out of washcloths.

I loved that they gave me a water front view at no extra cost.

Location is good for boaters, quiet, with a nice view on the water. Free parking. The bed was confortable. The room was clean, with a nice balcony Bathroom could be improved: hot and cold water tap did not work well and there was a leak at the shower door.

very unprofessional, unwelcoming no hand soup in the rooms. the receptionist lacked cooperation very rude.
