I like the friendly staff and location was great..I would go back there if I needed a place stay again. I had no disappointment

The room is filthy. There is a layer of dust on the dresser, mirror, and TV. The drapes look like they have never been cleaned. There is debris on the floor; it has not been cleaned. The room smells like urine. I tried using the phone in the room to contact management, but it does not work. I walked to the office to speak with management and there was no action taken. No offer change the room immediately. If you don't mind filth, the location is great.

They put the 'hospitality' back in the industry !!!!

There was NO BREAKFAST also when I booked it showed a pool. NO POOL. Homeless people hanging out in the parking lot. EVERYTHING. The room wasn't properly cleaned. Floors dirty, towels had strands of long blond hair in the bath towels. Nosy people above us and beside us.

When I turned the heat on, the smoke alarm immediately went off. I called and let the front desk know and they did nothing about it. I woke up to ants crawling on me. I turned the lights on and ants were all over the room. The room next to me had a group of ten people staying in it who were extremely loud all night. They were hanging out on the balcony, and had their door open. The staff did nothing. I wouldn't recommend this location.

Peace and Quiet. Clean staff is VERY attentive. Management and family are always helpful. Restaurants and variety stores, are in close proximity of within the the Hotel.

Very Close to Peet's Coffee (adjacent parking lot) and just one block away, is The Southern Comfort Kitchen which I highly recommend ! Consider weather proofing /sealing the rooms doors, and recovering the curtains to fully complete & update the room's renovation.

Extremely Clean and well maintained. Location is Ideal. It was quiet and comfortable. Everything was in Great Condition, recently renovated.

I was pleasantly surprised how clean and quiet the place was. I grew up in Alameda and have stayed at the Coral Reef (Never again...dirty beyond belief) and Marina village inn many times...both are a joke.

Beds were comfortable but the metal frames were noisy. Curtains and shower curtains were moldy/stained. There were only two towels for 4 occupants.
