I walked in and the wife had an instant attitude They did not want to accept Expedia as payment so I had to pay cash for the room. She threw the money back at me because I asked her if the room was clean. Then I accidentally left my key in the room and the husband said they’re gonna charge me $20 just to go open the door. He said that’s not his problem that I left my key in the room this place I don’t recommend they are extremely rude. How do you not be nice to the people that are supporting your business and spending money to stay there?

The owners were disrespectful to me and made me feel uncomfortable checking in. The room was not too bad and i didn’t really sleep the 2 days i was there because of the area wasn’t too safe. But if they was not bias with there words it was ok other then that.

I like how near is to the train station, I literally walked there, also is near to the subway station, the room was clean including the bathroom, ac works fine, bed was confy. The staff were really nice too. I didn't like I couldn't pay online when I did the reservation, meaning I have to carry my card there which I didn't cuz I know myself, but I paid cash. Also I didn't like I couldn't leave the luggage like in other places where you can leave it there go around the city and came back for it, kind of suck to be walking around with it.

They demand a $100 cash deposit to let you into your room and will tell you to go to the ATM several blocks away in DT Oakland to get cash. The lady's English was extremely poor but good enough to come across as extremely rude about the situation. I came with several bags so this was not an option and had to go somewhere else.

It's close to BART, so it's relatively easy to get out of here. The walk to the BART station is not the safest though. It looks cheap, but once you go there you'll quickly see it's still too expensive for what they offer. Very rude staff, not helpful at all. The premise is unkept and in a bad location. The rooms are noisy and dirty. It's like sleeping in a cardbord box: you literally hear everything, including the freeway next to the hotel and people being mugged outside.

It was late and she canceled- she insisted that if I am to have guest that she needs to know in advance... it was discrimination! I booked a room and got BS judgement! Very inconvenient... sad situation Hope she figures out what works for her. Booking.com ? I called customer service ? My trip became a costly trip and nowhere to stay! Disturbing
