The staff was extremely rude, the chat service was extremely harsh. I stayed there for a few days and barely went to the front office but when I did they would always give me problems about getting towels and toilet paper. They would talk to me very rude and not show any concern

I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and sanitation. This experience was unacceptable, and I believe the hotel should address this issue immediately and take steps to ensure that rooms are thoroughly cleaned and inspected before guests arrive.

Exceptional

Booked this for my husband. He was working in the area so after a long day at work he wanted to get to his room. The air conditioner didn’t work and his toilet was clogged. The next morning before work he asked for a plunger at 4AM where he was insulted and told he was a squatter and couldn’t be helped. The staff working was beyond rude however the owner Nick, did reimburse us as he refused to stay another night. Just be weary

The room wasnt clean no room service horrible neighborhood my daughters socks were black from the carpet there was no room service or breakfast

I didn’t feel safe and didn’t stay at this hotel The area and drug deals and vagrants outside the gate

Nothing not even the costumer service The bathroom curtains has mold , smells horrible and the have cockroaches the personal in the front desks so rude the carpet is dirty , the place is so disgusting

Not applicable Coffee machine water/ice bowls, no iron only 2 hangers , poor room F16 in back no other rooms near. The ad misleading When I asked about a room on 2 and floor was lied no room available when one was empty all through my visit.

The toilet kept clogging up had to keep calling front desk to come fix it then had to wait hours for someone to fix it also said there was breakfast and there wasn’t the room was dirty looking stained floors and walls old furniture

shower doesn't work (no knob), attendant completely useless, wifi doesn't work, useful to put your head down at night and to store your things and not much else.
