No towels for pool they were out asked us to wait. Waited 30 min, still none and went without. and you have to walk to a separate property to go to the pool and the pool had a broken wall section

I love the balcony and the view from it

This is a well maintained property which was easy to find. Rooms are very large. Has a tub and shower! Great views from room. Good breakfast, Easy parking.

This is third time here and it's just right to visit Jack London Square and Oakland. Our room had a couch and was quite spacious with large bathroom. Breakfast is good and plentiful. Will stay there again.

Not bad location but need a car, or can use Uber to lomdon jack square. From there great ferry service to san francisco. London Jack square has a few bars and places to eat.

My family had a great time. Having the water to look at every morning was awesome.

The breakfast was good. Everything was clean. My room smelled good. Had enough mirrors to get ready. Divided from Oakland by a freeway and I don’t recommend walking around that city.

The service is excellent for the price, and I appreciate the hospitality.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times the customer service to me is going downhill and one of the perks was. They had a coffee machine, which was no longer there at this time. Due to these reasons, I might reconsider staying here next time. The toilet also was very loud and hard to flush. You had to hold it down for at least 30 seconds last time I came. I stayed in room 187 and it was musty, but I didn’t feel like going back up and getting the room exchanged. I like the view, which is one of the reasons I stay here and also that it has the big tubs, but if the quality doesn’t improve, I will not be continuing here.

Breakfast is the typical US hotel Breakfast. One thing that is awful is the extremely strong air freshener. The sole purpose is to hide the stinky rooms? We opened the door and the sliding door get the fresh air back in.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I was worried about the parking not being secure and the hotel being in a bad area, but we had no issues at all with our stay. Parking did cost $17, and they had a metal gate to make it "secure". We didn't leave any valuables in the car and didn't have any problems. The room we had was awesome, it was spacious, clean, and I loved the larger bathroom. The area around the hotel wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best. There was some homeless lady by the bay, we could see her from our window, but she didn't negatively affect our stay. Given the price compared to other hotels in the area, I would stay here again.

Booked this hotel for a concert I was attending in oracle arena this weekend. The hotel is right off the highway very convenient The hotel its self was really nice inside/outside. I used the gym during my stay not a lot inside mainly just cardio equipment, the one machine that I took advantage of was the cable machine they had very cool that they had one the only downside to it is that there was no other attachments for it just the standard cable grip. I love the little walk way you have for the Hotel very cool, the room I stayed in during my time there was very nice the only downside of the room I stayed at is the lack of lighting in the actual bedroom area and the lock on the door to the actual toilet was broken but overall really loved the shower/tub combo and the balcony right next to the water. Before I forget they do charge for parking and the parking lot on the side of best western gets full at night so keep that in mind. Definitely I hotel I would recommend if you are attending a concert at Oakland arena.

Clean, spacious room, friendly staff, large variety of breakfast options, hot tub and amazing views in quiet area.

Room was nice and decor good, nice balcony. Reception area was nice and open. Paying for parking, there were no issues with space locally, but security was not good, much broken window glass on road from break ins. The room had an internal door to the next room, but we wernt with them and could hear everything and sadly they were noisy. Clever camera man made this look good, they cut out the industrial yards over the lake viewed from the balcony, the broken wall glass with tape on around the dirty pool, the massive amount of Duck poo on the water walkway, the well used tent for the homeless person outside the crappy Motel next door which had Luxury in its title, the highway out front. This was not cheap so gains the crown for the most expensive worst place stayed. One to miss.

Can’t beat the price! And the wonderful young lady at check in gave us a floor room with water view !!! No upcharge. My kids had a blast! Just being in a place like that. We are in between rentals and this was a total silver lining while we are going through this process. Thank you staff !
