Poor property bad staff and room not properly maintained

Good views clean room comfortable bed shower pressure was wonderful. Microwave and fridge was convenient. My stay was quiet and relaxing. I was looking for to a summer dip but the pool wasn't available.

We received towels every two days and no bed linen changed the entire week. Had to pay an extra fee for microwave and refrigerator use after paying an expensive bill for the room. The service was terrible. The parking was accessible.

Very dirty and not safty to park there i don’t know why they are doing this and still opining

The pier the deck the sun All of it the rooms were pricy rooms were not that clean covers suck really light with stains on it looks like there cheap with the soap pillow were very small sucks towels looks like they need care love no microwave no refrigerator no phone air conditioner sucks you need all these things in your room that why I'm paying good money for the room with micro coffee maker no fridge no phone in case of emergency and I asked were in the world are the amenities that are important in this room the lady said they were all booked and that I got the last I was like that makes no sense so I have to pay extra to get my anemties that should be in the room so I have to pay more I said no way trust me it's the last time I would ever stay there again the price is not worth it for the bed the room service the towels please don't stay there and give them your money trust me go elsewhere.and to top that the ice machine was down no vending machine no laundry area the pool look like it had algi so cheap no ice machine because it was broken no man because there cheap for as much as they charge for a room they should be able to have ice machine working and much more

Not so good.

If you like the price then don’t complain about the condition of the property, the dogs barking in other rooms or people talking outside your door late into the night. Other wise, it’s a clean simple room with run down built ins, and a clean bathroom. Ask for second floor water front for a more quiet stay. Inspite if these comments I continue to go back for tne price and location works Igor me.

Everything I like this Motel

Very convenient location and good price

Great rooms right on the Bay close to everything great views from the property and some rooms

It was perfect for my son and I to spend time together, meet new interesting people and enjoy a concert

It was by the water It had mold on the ac

You get what you pay for. Very low end. I was surprised every morning that my car was not broken in to.

The maintenance staff was kind and displayed good customer service. Great views. Quiet mornings. Staff doesnt bother you. There was blood on the bathroom wall. The room floor was left with trash. The new room was a down grade. No microwave. Ac didnt work. TV didnt work. Most definitely a prostitution hotel. Nights were loud and crazy.

No security on premises. I got chased by a homeless persons dog while walking to my room.

Nothing. Too much police presence, can’t have guests, felt more like a halfway house than a motel.

This place is horrible and very scary

Easy check in I like how they have security patrolling and also only people that has a room there can only park there is amazing and good idea for the safety for others

Everything was good.

The staff was friendly. The location has a great section for you to enjoy the water. Easy access to the freeway. Quiet and easy parking.
