The room was clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was excellent. It’s a very short trip from the hotel to the airport. The view is nice in the pool and hot tub are great.

From the moment I walked into Executive Inn & Suites, Milton Davis made me feel genuinely welcome. His customer service was exceptional! He was professional, friendly, and incredibly informative, making sure I knew everything I needed about my stay. He answered my questions with patience and had such a positive attitude. The best part was his personality—we laughed and had a great conversation from the time I arrived until he handed me my room key. It’s not every day you meet someone who can turn a simple check-in into such an enjoyable experience. Milton truly went above and beyond to make a great first impression for the hotel. Because of him, I felt like more than just another guest. If this is the level of hospitality Executive Inn & Suites provides, I will definitely be back. Thank you, Milton, for making my arrival such a memorable one!

Booked very far in advance for a “water view” room, and when I checked in was given a first floor room that was very small and directly faced the pool. The pool was probably about 15 feet outside our window, with a walkway, only several feet away from our outside window. When I went back to ask the staff for a different room, one that was further away from the pool because we had to wake up very early in the morning, they accommodated us, but kind of had an attitude about it. We eventually moved up to a third floor room at the far end of the hotel, and into a room which was nearly double the size as the original room, and had an actual water view. It was very nice. I guess they reserve the crappy rooms for the Expedia members. Would recommend the hotel call these other rooms “pool view”. The amenities inside the hotel were excellent, but the surrounding area is kind of sketchy with a lot of homeless and encampments set up nearby.

La recepcionista no es amable de hecho es enojada
-
the hotel is cutting back on maid service-beds are not made daily-towels are not touched until you check out-otherwise, the property was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good.

For Parking why did I pay 17 dollars?
-
Room had a slight odor emmitaning from the closet, bed area. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was better than expected. Parking was extra $17, not sure why we're paying for parking?

Wasn’t aware of parking fees on the premises, but overall great stay for the price point for that timeframe and staying period….GOLDSTARS!!!

Room was great, bed was very comfy, little fridge was not iced up like most are. the microwave was a nice plus didnt know you had them. breakfast was very good, better than the crap we got at the hiltons we have stayed at. Parking was easy and the water view from the little balcony was very nice. We will be staying here when we come to the city, its a gem in downtown oakland.

Had to leave one day sooner than planned. Only stayed one night but service, staff and facility was very good. Had to leave before breakfast. That I was not able to stay longer.
-
Lovely view of the bay, quiet on the bay side - staff was so helpful--helped me locate a missing item quickly and with good cheer

Breakfast is good. Parking is safe I spent 30 minutes waiting for a luggage cart they only have 3 for as many rooms they do have very unexceptable
-
I would stay here again if I was in Oakland again, breakfast was good room was a nice size room, they have security around the premises, to those who are weary about Oakland.

The area is scary. Prostitutes are working the area all day and night. The hotel is a little run down. There was some mildew the shower. When a screaming match started in the next room the staff handled it pretty quickly. The area surrounding the hotel is dirty. They provide two free electric car chargers which I have never seen. If you need a reasonably priced room in Oakland its a good place.

Showers were clogged so you’re stepping in a puddle after a few minutes. You can hear everything in the hallway clearly, such as doors slamming every 15 minutes.
