Mall close and other stores close by. Needs a deep cleaning and new sheets.

There was a gap under the door in room 123, I was afraid something would crawl into the room from outside.

The staff was great and took care what wrong as possible I didn't like constantly being locked out of my room. I had to get my keys updated when leaving out.

It was pretty clean except for the strings of hair I found in tub and sink

Checking is was good and the staff is excellent! The breakfast was nice. My room was very musty and moist. It felt dirty and the bed was lumpy.

The property was located in a good area. Plenty of places to walk to. The rooms need a deep cleaning. All four of my pillows had mold on them. Yes the staff replaced them but they should have never been cased. The slim guy (Indian) told me on the morning of check out to “ hurry up and get out the room because I will not hold up housekeeping “. Very rude people. Wouldn’t open the pool until 12pm daily. Also the breakfast was HORRIBLE! Biscuits and gravy every morning! Room was soooo dusty.

Bed was uncomfortable. Frame extended beyond mattress making it hard to get out of bed. Needed more accessible outlets near bed had to pull mattress out to plug CPAP in so my husband and I both use CPAP. Lamp was plugged in through connecting room.

Was clean and maintained well. Staff were excellent. Pool had too much chlorine in it. Waffle mix was bad.
