Dirty noisy and the shuttle driver seemed like he was high or drunk

Bed was great, A/C was great.

Overall good place to stay they are just in the middle of renovations.

Clean rooms, polite staff.

I didn't like that they had only one elevator working. We stayed there 2 years ago and only one elevator was working. The employees have to use it also so it can take awhile.

Front desk staff super nice Hallway smells damp and moldy Room meh… Staff a male staff (white young mid weight) was waiting for the 1 elevator he had broom dustpan and his phone he was watching something on his phone elevator finally came to take us up he almost ran over gentleman getting off elevator and didn’t hold the door for myself or other guest, he didn’t ask what floor I was going to I had to tell him which floor to press for me he was standing by the board still watching his phone. he was staff not a guest a little etiquette training my be needed Oh and the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night we were told this happens frequently…

One elevator worked part time…had to take stairs to floor 6. Room smelled like mildew and wet.

Lack of maintenance. For example, bathroom and shower doors were damaged. Almost impossible to open or to close them. In addition, the fire alarm system was activated at 2 am, and we had to go downstairs at that time. We were at the sixth floor. However, it was a false alarm. No-one from the hotel went to the different floors to notify that it was a false alarm. We knew when we got at the Lobby.

Amazing experience how amazing customer servers the bed was awesome! Unfortunately we noticed system which holds the shampoo and conditioner etc was loose also. unfortunately, at 2 o'clock in the morning or 3am , we were trying to contact the front desk to figure out what to do or would have we needed vacate the hotel , or was it a false alarm because we heard the fire alarm blaring, which we didn't have a phone number to contact the front desk. I tried calling the online number which got me to an out of town. Neither on our card or in the room was it posted. The iron may need to be replaced because it burned my wife white pants, which is ok we'll get another pair. Only one elevator is ridiculous. More T.v channels or the option to use Netflix or a service would work. We definitely enjoyed the visit.

Rooms pretty clean but none of the soap, body wash or conditioner was refilled. The fire alarms went off at 2am and woke everyone up. The elevator only had one working and took extremelyyyy long to go up And down stairs

Everything was nice there

She went out of her way to help me and did not have to. I have stayed at this hotel many times, I cannot recomment it enough!
