Hotel Bentley

the hallways and rooms looks like a horror movie - old and empty. the restaurant is the basement only had 1 worker - I stood 15 min waiting to be seated then left. Definitely needs updating and deep cleaning done

The hotel is beautiful. The lobby is extra special and gorgeous. Columns and chandeliers and woodwork and ceilings were just awesome. They have kept the history and glamour. Rooms could use a little maintenance but nothing major. The bar was eclectic and romantic. Food in the restaurant was very yummy and staff is great. Enjoyed our one nite stay- we felt like royalty.

Excellent hotel. My room was somewhat clean until I went in the restroom to find that my toilet wasn't cleaned. It had hair and poo on the toilet seat. Took a shower and the water didn't drain properly. My ankles were covered in water. The floor had leftover hair on it.

Beautiful hotel: large rooms and huge tub. No staff at check in just a paper sign with no idea how long they would be gone. A homeless woman was walking around in the lobby. The hotel was much definitely a 5. The staffing a 3. Also no breakfast was a big issue for us.

We had a great stay at the Hotel Bentley in Alexandria. The rooms were very clean, the air conditioning was nice and cold, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. It was exactly what we needed for our one-night stay and everything was comfortable and easy. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Alexandria area!
