I was shocked to find out that a Parking Garage can push around the 73 billion dollar Hilton brand! The parking at this location is an absolute mess. I did not valet. I Was told to get a ticket but if the hotel validated was $18 but only $12 with the garage. All systems at this locations parking are antiquated and out of date.

Wonderful stay! The lobby ambassador recommended a great restaurant for dinner. The beds were heaven, and breakfast was great!

When checking in room was not ready and was made to wait until 430.. room was not touched and dirty. Had to wait again for a clean room on a different floor.. it took well over 2 hours just to check in… and front desk was not even sorry in the heat’s bit. Terrible check-in…

I really enjoyed our stay here but the sliding door separating the beds from the kitchen/living area was broken. It was difficult to open and close, and likely a safety hazard. It almost hit me in the face. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall as well. Parking kinda is inconvenient, but the valet is nice if you don’t mind paying. Otherwise everything else was well maintained, and breakfast was great.

I did have a couple of issues which I reported at least one of them to staff. The lever on the tub faucet that transfers water to the showerhead was totally broke, and you could not use the shower. Also. In addition, the drain plug for the tub, which usually is attached to the fixture that goes underneath the tub was broke off and loose as well. I noted that a number of flies were bothering me in the food areas downstairs on the first floor. I do understand that and know from experience how hard it is to keep those little guys out.

Staff: Abby was rude. She seemed to be in a hurry or something when I was checking in. I didn't know why there was $100 dollar charge and she was rude when I was asking for clarification. She had a nasty attitude. Also, did not give me complimentary water. I didn't like that we had to pay for parking. It's Amarillo, TX, may I remind you. I am from Austin. You guys act like a big city but you are not. It was pretentious. Also, there was extra charges upon checkout that I don't agree with.

The air conditioning is very loud and it was hard to sleep. The bed frames are really torn up and pool area was not clean

Property is very nice! Stayed here a few times! Staff is friendly and helpful.

Room was clean, staff were non-responsive, breakfast wasnt served until 7am, expected 6am start, no smart tv....so no streaming at all. Would definetly not stay there again.

Truthfully, everything. The room was so spacious and clean. The beds were comfy. I liked the happy hour, although the free drinks are not good, but that’s not a big deal, since I drink little. The parking garage was across the street. When I went to get my car out of the garage, there was no one around. I was by myself at that time and a mostly empty garage and a woman by herself is not good.

Staff was very helpful, hotel very clean.
