They were renovating the rooms, however our room had been renovated already and was really nice! Beds were new and comfy!

Room was nice! Guy at the desk was nice! Just wished there would have been a recliner or chair in the room. Only a bed and a desk. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay!

Pool was closed; guessing it has been closed for a long time. Breakfast was mediocre -- reheat breakfast sandwiches or waffles. Not much of a fruit selection. No coffee pot in the room. The exterior of the property needs some attention to make it look better. I read the reviews before I booked so I am not surprised with what I found. I was only using the room for a short time so it fit my need.

Breakfast The pool was closed. The place was under construction and smelled like chemicals ( paint and thinners/etc). I have asthma. They put me on the 2nd floor. They didn't have a bed for my teenager in my room just a chair.

No in room coffee

Took almost 20 minutes to get checked in. They were taking my info that they should have already had from my booking. Next thing I know im getting spammed with texts from Windam rewards, which I am not a part of. Apparently the front desk was signing me up without my permission and thats why they were asking for my info. There's no pool. There's no guest laundry. The site says buffet breakfast but its not. Its barely continental. You cant even make fresh waffles. They have pre made waffles in the freezer to reheat. The deadbolt on my door didn't work. I had no "Do not disturb" for my room so naturally the staff came into my room when I wasn't there. Without my permission. The hotel was practically empty but they put someone in the room next to me that cranked their TV up all night. And naturally that one had a do not disturb sign for their room. Ultimately I am not happy. I had stayed here in the past and it was fine. But now they lie about what amenities they offer and don't respect privacy. I will never come back.

Room cleaned everyday very nicer

I hated the fact that it looked as though the Bedsheets and pillows weren’t laundered. Impossible to reach anyone at the front desk to address the issue. There was someone else’s hair on the pillows. Stains on the sheets and towels in the bathroom. The carpet in the room was also dirty and grungy as if it had never been cleaned in its life. Never will I stay here again.

It did the job. Clean, friendly. Don’t plan on the continental breakfast cause there’s not much of anything.

We had gotten reservations for ISU graduation for our son and grandson. They said the property was in such bad condition ( holes in the walls for starters!) that they refused to spend the night there. They demanded a refund, but that has not been forthcoming.

Nothing. If I could give this place negative 8000 stars, I would. Wait..the location was ok. Poorly maintained, wrinkled bed upon arrival. Valance hanging, curtains disheveled, dripping tub faucet, tv not functional, stained chair, torn window screen, and a potentially dangerous electrical situation in the bathroom

Hotel needs updating. Dingy. Breakfast was very limited. Crack in the bathroom sink. Heating and Cooling was very inefficient and hard to regulate. Very overpriced. Paid $249 for one king bed in a two-star hotel.

The place needs some updating, but it was clean. The pool was closed. We got a room with a king size bed so it was very roomy.

If your looking for a cheap and no-frills place to sleep, this is the place. -nothing fancy and noticeable touchups missing, but well worth the savings.

No Elevator, Pool Closed. Construction going on and there was a stench throughout the hotel. Breakfast options were very limited.
