Me gusto las habitaciones

Property was good and well maintained. Carpets in rooms are quite dated and you can feel that while walking. There is unusual smell in the room that I stayed in. Staff although is well behaved and cooperative. Breakfast was normal.

The breakfast was outstanding.

We have stayed here many times since this hotel opened. Price and newness /cleanliness are big factors. The hotel is kept clean but starting to show some wear. Noticed 2 drywall repairs in our room. Mentioned it at checkout but staff didn’t appear interested in doing anything about it.All doors need paint touch ups. Breakfast is okay but same old same old every time.

Breakfast time (9:00 AM) ends too early.

It’s a rare occurrence where I leave a hotel room cleaner than when I first checked into it. Hair was everything, splatters and stains on the walls, toilet was disgusting, what looked like poop stains on the mattress protector. Had to buy lysol and wipe down the entire room, trim was ripped from the walls, the pull out couch had chips and crumbs and dirt inside of it. Asked to switch room and they said they were full, but on expedia there were still rooms available. Genuinely felt disgusting sleeping here and only stayed because they would not refund me. Was tempted to sleep in my car. Do not waste your money or time. Was told this used to be a great hotel, not sure what in the world happened.

Everything was great however the A/C unit in the room sounded like a plane landing every time it turned on.

The staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was as expected. On the surface, the hotel seemed clean but small things seemed to become bigger…the doors appeared filthy like they may need to be painted. There was pink mold/mildew around the tub. There was some sort of goopy ick on the curtains. The most offensive thing to me was the smell of the hotel and room. I am pretty sure it was the cleaning solution used but it smelled of cheap perfume and I could not stand it. I felt trapped as there weren’t other hotels with rooms available last minute so we went to the store and got baking soda and a vanilla candle to try to cut the smell. My daughter sat at the door keeping it open while we ran the fan hoping to help. Eventually it became manageable (we were there 2 nights.) this experience has made me very mistrusting of the reviews on Expedia. It doesn’t make sense how it was “top rated” yet we were grossed out.

Not enough towels in the room. Also no hand soap. Terrible picture on TV, needs to be replaced.

Coffee always hot and fresh.

The room had a weird smell. Like an air freshener gone bad. The walls looked roughed up. We had hairs on the shower wall that predated our stay and on the back of the sink. The sheets on one bed had brownish stains and more hair on them… were they even changed from the people before us? Tried hard not to think about it and got out of there as early as we could. Breakfast was ok. Waffles were good and it was pretty quiet over night. Probably will not stay there again especially with how much we paid for the one night.

Clean room, location breakfast was good

King room was fine. Bed was comfortable, barely heard any of the other guests. The doors to the room and bathroom could use a paint job. And the cleaning/disinfectant smell lingered very long. You had to ask for a linen and room refresh however it never happened during our 3 night stay. Lastly, the TV is on it's way out. The picture was horrible, no amount of playing with the setting worked. Overall it's an ok place that is clean and offers breakfast.
