Staff was very nice

Clean room. Staff were very attentive. Ample parking, though it requires payment ($25/night). Loved that it has access to a shuttle service provided by the city (payment required, not free; $7 per person for a day pass)

When I arrived not only was the toilet clogged from the people before but there were dirty towels in the fridge. when i called someone to handle both problems they left without doing either. Breakfast is not included and you have to add a breakfast pack during checkout of the hotel , which that option doesn’t show when booking with Expedia .

Greatly located. Close to Disney and shopping and food.

Location is excellent for dining, several restaurants are basically right outside the lobby door. Morton’s a block away never needing to drive anywhere.

Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived earlier than our scheduled time and they did everything they could to get us into our room. Jack and Somaya were also extremely helpful and kind. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We ran into a problem one morning with no hot water but we were told to just allow the water to run a little longer. Rather wasteful but it worked. We appreciated the extra space that the rooms provide. There were four adults in the room and we were not crammed at all. Everyone had ample space to keep suitcases and belongings. Trash cans are small so be prepared if you are staying more than two days. The pool access is strange. You need to exit the main lobby at the front and enter from outside. Pool towels are available inside the pool area. The ice machine on our floor wasn’t working so we needed to go a few flights up to another floor for ice. It’s perfectly located for Disneyland and other SoCal attractions. Plenty of places to eat and shop that are walking distance. I would recommend staying at this hotel for individuals and families.

Every thing was great just one thing the elevator's are in the front of the building and parking in the back of the building……need elevator in the back of building and access to the pool from inside of the hotel ..

The hotel itself was very nice and always clean. For the price, I expected amenities. Not just water that I had to go to the lobby for.

Everything was good and i had a wonderful time.

The room was very comfortable, the only issues I had at least with my room was the toilet and the coffee machine, breakfast was good and staff were very nice.
