Greatly located. Close to Disney and shopping and food.

Location is excellent for dining, several restaurants are basically right outside the lobby door. Morton’s a block away never needing to drive anywhere.

Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived earlier than our scheduled time and they did everything they could to get us into our room. Jack and Somaya were also extremely helpful and kind. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We ran into a problem one morning with no hot water but we were told to just allow the water to run a little longer. Rather wasteful but it worked. We appreciated the extra space that the rooms provide. There were four adults in the room and we were not crammed at all. Everyone had ample space to keep suitcases and belongings. Trash cans are small so be prepared if you are staying more than two days. The pool access is strange. You need to exit the main lobby at the front and enter from outside. Pool towels are available inside the pool area. The ice machine on our floor wasn’t working so we needed to go a few flights up to another floor for ice. It’s perfectly located for Disneyland and other SoCal attractions. Plenty of places to eat and shop that are walking distance. I would recommend staying at this hotel for individuals and families.

Every thing was great just one thing the elevator's are in the front of the building and parking in the back of the building……need elevator in the back of building and access to the pool from inside of the hotel ..

The hotel itself was very nice and always clean. For the price, I expected amenities. Not just water that I had to go to the lobby for.

Everything was good and i had a wonderful time.

The room was very comfortable, the only issues I had at least with my room was the toilet and the coffee machine, breakfast was good and staff were very nice.

Other than our room not being ready on time, it was a nice hotel to stay at.

Bed is so comfy

Stayed here many times but this last time was the worst experience ever it started from the beginning we got the wrong room assigned and when we tried to call from the room the phone didn’t work so I called from my cell they told me some phones just don’t work after renovations they told me bc I booked through a 3rd party they pretty much didn’t care and couldn’t do anything about it so I was stuck so we stayed the fridge had old food in it and when I put my daughter in the shower I realized there were small hairs all on the tub floor as if someone shaved in it it was disgusting we did go down to the pool which was great fun time. At night my daughter dropped her pacifier behind the bed we went to get it and almost got cut by a glass that was left behind the bed broken then to top it off we went to bed and my daughter woke up to use the restroom around 2 am and the bathroom was about to flooded because the toilet was somehowfull we called downstairs they said there is nobody to help we will bring you the plunger the hotel usesand you can do it yourself otherwise we have nothing else I asked them for gloves and expressed my dissatisfaction with it everything and he just said ok you can talk to supervisor tomm in the morning the security guard brought the plunger over along with the gloves we requested because it was so gross to touch the communal plunger and we plunged it ourselves and fixed it nobody reached out nobody cared such a disappointment as we come here all the time
