The offered breakfast is good and the staff in the breakfast are amazing- especially Edith.

Otherwise, great value. My family appreciated the hot breakfast and the pool area. There are restaurants and a walkable shopping area close by. Gym is 24 hours. Water filling stations available.

Love the swimming pool and free breakfast

A very family friendly place to stay. Other than having limited space for clothing, everything else was excellent!

The room was fantastic. This was the first hotel with hardwood (vinyl) floors in each room, which makes it feel SO much cleaner than the carpet you usually see. The sleeping arrangement was ideal for our family of 5, with a king bed and a bunk bed with a trundle bed. The breakfast buffet did not change from day to day, but was still above average. The pool is great for kids 12 and under, with two water slides, a small mini golf area, and a 1/2 basketball court. A different movie is played every night at 8:00 pm. The pool is undersized for the hotel's size. By early afternoon, it was very crowded with lots of young kids. The hot tub was colder than the actual pool. The breakfast buffet would be improved by adding some variety from day to day and by logistical rearrangement (moving the syrup near the waffle station instead of across the room).

The property was clean and well set up for a family stay. The hotel room was well maintained except for some wear on the carpet. We did not enjoy the breakfast and ended up going out to breakfast after the first morning. The pool was functional but overall unimpressed with the outdoor space. The hotel had restaurants close by but not walkable to Disney. If I could do things over again I would have paid more to be closer to the park or a hotel with more amenities.

1. The kitchen/bar was closed from pool access, you actually couldn't even order at the bar and take your cup to the pool. Their website advertises sitting at the kitchen/bar and watching your kid in the kiddy pool. This was not the case, it was not operating. 2. The entire hotel was under construction, we were on the 11th floor and the bathroom would vibrate consistently. 3. When I walked to the Starbucks in the same lot as the hotel, there was work being done on the roof, and they dropped water on me and my child. 4. The employees are very serious about checking your wristband to enter the pool, each person is checked and scanned in. They check your bags for outside food. They stopped our group for having a single oreo cookie with us, and we had to explain it was purchased from their gift shop. I could not walk in with my Starbucks. 5. We asked for an extra 20-30 minutes for checkout, and we were told it would be $80 and housekeeping walks around and marks off any rooms not empty and they charge you. For a hotel that is under construction and not being told about it before booking, and not having an open pool kitchen which is advertised, they hold any rule that benefits them very strictly and no leighway on anything what so ever that could be nice for the customer given the circumstances.

I really loved the hotel everything in our room was so clean very organized I love the decor the bathroom was my favorite hehehe :) very nice location, everything was walking distance. The hotel has 3 pools great for kids of all ages the water slides were great everything was great. I have 2 dislikes just me being honest the breakfast was so plain I wish they had more options, my room I can hear banging I know they were doing remodeling I believe but so much banging super early in the morning kinda sucked!! Overall I would rate my stay a 9.5 The morning breakfast was so plain I wished they had more options, the staff that worked there were so great helpers very kind helping pick up trays and clean!! They deserve to know they are doing an amazing job!!!

Very pleasant staff. The facilities were amazing. For the amount of guests it houses, another full size pool would make a huge difference.

There was construction going on at the hotel which we weren’t advised of prior to arriving. The reception staff weren’t friendly at all, the security at the pool were on a power trip and the washers in the laundry room weren’t all functioning. The breakfast selection was very limited. They had a bar inside the hotel however couldn’t take these drinks into the pool area. It is a Disney Good Neighbour hotel however there is no shuttle to the park. Has the potential to be an amazing hotel.

That said, for this visit I booked the same room we had last year: the king suite with a bunk bed. I was aware that the hotel was going through renovations and had new ownership. I was hoping that it would not affect my reservation since it was available for our dates and I was allowed to book it. I did not receive notice prior that the room had booked wouldn’t be available. The first person said it was because that room type was getting renovated

I really wanted to give this hotel 5stars all around. I got to the hotel around 330pm and was told by 4 my suite would be ready. Come 4 it still wasn't ready. I finally got my room at 5pm. My son and I had to wait in the lobby that entire time. My parking was comped for both nights but man that sucked. I booked this specific hotel so that my son and my friends kids who joined our staycation could enjoy the water park and pool. I could not use the pool or put my feet in the jacuzzi because the water was soooo dirty. Smelled of pee and heavy chlorine (chlorine- which activates the smell when pee is present). I'm 29 weeks pregnant and really wanted to lounge out and get in the pool. It was not possible. So I did not have the best time. The kids had an okay time but did not enjoy the smell of pee water and basically sucked it up and tried to have fun. The king bed was really comfy and the kids liked the bunked beds. I had the room with 3 kids beds. The bottom trundle moves without breaks. There's a mirror in the room facing the bed with hooks for hanging things but it was broken when we got there. Very hard to work the shower and the water is extremely hot. While taking my shower the water pressure would fluctuate between going off to coming back on. I think because of many ppl using the water same time. We had good wristbands where I should've got 20% off food at their bar but I realized I did not get it even though I mentioned it. No outside food at the pool.

The pool is ridiculous, they give you a hard time about baby/kid snacks. There is 0 life guard on duty instead kids “monitoring” while on their cell phones. You treat people like thieves with all the rules. Open your bar so people can order and enjoy by the pool.

Loved the kids pool area. The only reason I would return. Jacuzzi didn’t work, one of my reasons for staying at the location and my grandson’s feet were dirty from the floors in our room. Didn’t like the breaks at.

We love the water slides, pool and basketball court. There was nothing I didn’t like
