Hotel it’s pretty nice and clean staff very polite as well. Only thing is that we spent 5 nights there and they only fix the beds once.

I love the Breakfast, you have a lot to choose from, egg, sausage, you make your own Mickey waffles, oatmeal to yogurt, and fruits, cereal. I also love their pool area, they have slides and you have stuff guiding them when it’s safe to go down the slide and also have a night limit, they have a kids pool for toddler and baby, and a pool that goes up to 5ft, and a hot tub. Very clean place and even their parking lobby smells good. This is the second time I have stayed there when going to Disneyland and the one I will go back too, also Toy Story parking is one block way, I walk there and took the shuttle to Disneyland.

It was a great stay.

I didn’t like the customer service

You can’t take your own drinks or food in the pool area only the items you bought from the hotel which you would think they had better selection of food and drinks and snacks. We had to ask several times for toilet paper. They were nice and hotel clean but just needs more focus on better customer service/experience.

Check in and out was easy. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. The breakfast I would give it a 100%, the options were good and tables were always available. Room wise, we had to push the sofe just a bit to block the door from the room. It looked like you could’ve open it from the other room, so we decided to do that. To found a dirt stain of the size of the sofa, they don’t clean underneath the sofas or chairs is what I’m trying to say. They don’t provide clean towels and fix beds like in the good old days or good old hotels. They’ll do it if you ask them to. It was around a 10 min (probably less) to Disney Downtown. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Breakfast was great. Staff wasn’t very helpful and a little rude and dismissive. Not the best with customer service.

Our family also loves the pool area, especially the slides, and the secure underground parking garage is a huge plus. The breakfast is amazing, not just because of the food, but because of how well the space is set up. Even when there are a lot of people, it’s easy to get food, there’s plenty available, and there is lots of seating thanks to the large breakfast area. We did have a few issues with our room when we arrived, but the staff was quick, kind, and understanding, and they got us moved into a room that worked much better for us. Overall, we had a great stay and would absolutely stay here again.

The pool and the pool staff were friendly and providing a great experience. The front desk staff was lacking. They were disinterested, unorganized, and lacked proper training.

Horrible experience. We used Expedia to book this hotel during J4 weekend and the front staff could not check us in and said Expedia sold us rooms they’re not supposed too and charged us extra for 1 night and told us to find another place to stay at for the 2 night. Everything was horrible, customer service, key to garage didn’t even work. Had to keep calling for help. Would not book again!!! Last time at Anaheim resort

Great family hotel with the pool/slides.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent. The outdoor pool was clean. The only suggestion I have is that, maybe at the end of the night, have an adult-only hour for the hot tub.
