My room was clean for the most part we just found hair clip by the curtains the bathroom door didn’t actually lock. The staff was not very accommodating to certain concerns. The bar had lots of selection of drinks unfortunately the bartender had not much idea or very good on making the drinks. Breakfast was just your basic complementary breakfast. They should try to have hot coffee and water in the lobby for the guests.

We keep coming back after many years! (it was The Crown Plaza before). Location is very convenient. Room was very clean and staff very friendly and accommodating. Complementary water bottles are always nice to have even though Target is across the street.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making check-in and our entire stay easy and enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from each morning. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with a great breakfast!

Unfortunately this time around our stay was not so pleasant our room was facing a back wall the sink was clogged and next morning found a bug in our bed. Passed stays were 110% much better overall.

Excellent stay. Some challenges getting the room key sorted out at the beginning but they offered a complimentary breakfast. Very polite, clean, and safe.

La habitation estaba limpia, limpiaban el cuarto cada dia, lo único que no me gusto es el linen de la cama las fundas estaban rotas la sábana de resorte estaba muy desgastada el duved estaba limpio pero tenía manchas viejas, el personal fue amable las instalacines estaban limpias

The tiles in the shower were broken and a piece of it came off mid shower. Water everywhere on the floor
