Was a great experience over all the only thing I disliked was that, the remote from the TV wasn't working properly

TV and parking sucked, everything else was alright.

First time at this property, and it did not disappoint. It was clean and well maintained

The staff was extremely helpful. The property is modern in the shared spaces but the rooms are in need of an update. Queen beds are too close to walls making it difficult to get out without waking up the other person

Great place to stay

The only complaints are in regard to the pool. I was booking alongside a friend and we had our kids, so the pool was a big reason we booked. It looks huge online and it is very average if not small in real life. It felt like an apartment sized pool, with probably 100+ loungers and many people. Of course while we just arrived to the very busy pool area, a kid vomited inside and they shut it down for a few hours. So we did not get to experience the pool at all and it was almost 100 degrees outside. Thankfully there was a splash pad that our little kids enjoyed. There’s also a shaded area to sit with ping pong tables and cornhole.

the hotel is a fine convention hotel with a great location for the convention cetner. It is a too far to walk distance for Disney, and only has a FOR PAY bus that runs too infrequently. The rooms are clean, appealing if bland, but there was a HUGE probelm for us staying on their 9th floor: the floor is slanted, has slopes, and there isn't a right angle in sight. The entire feeling is way off. A hotel tower should not be sloping. The fllor should be level and flat. It isn't. We felt this was such a unsetteling issue that we left at midnight and didn't sleep there. I hope corporate Hilton seriously into this. I would never stay here in the future unless they fix the floors, angles and get a through inspection. It is really off. I have never seen this problem in a hotel.

Great family room, lots of space and very comfortable beds. The hotel restaurant breakfast was well priced, with a good buffet selection. The pool facilities were very nice and perfect for a relaxed day by the poolside. There is a shuttle straight to Disneyland which is well worth taking.

Everything was clean and nice. Nothing extra special and our local ice machine didn’t work but overall, it was fine.

Nice to have a Starbucks in the hôtel !

We lived and really enjoyed the lawn games like the ping pong table. We didn’t like the fact that the pool area was miniature compared to the size of the hotel, too many guest want to get in making the water feel slimey, not only that the walls are visibly dirty. Our room had deodorant from prior guest and dirty sheets.

Great location to Disno

Staff was great. All the staff we encountered was very friendly and helpful. There's is a lot of activities to do in the lobby and right outside the hotel. Parking was very easy.

We love this property. It is walking distance to Disney. There is a great pool and also an area with ping pong and corn hole. The restaurant is great as well!
