It’s had absolutely no customer service we were never told where to get anything breakfast. That was included once you did find it they made you feel like you were lying about the breakfast inclusion. Just by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at near Disney

Good size room, squeaky shower, easier access to a microwave would have been nice

The establishment was extremely clean. The staff were attentive, they texted and checked in regarding our stay throughout, the pool, restaurants and bars were an amazing touch to the establishment, very well kept and the staff in each place were equally as amazing. I would definitely stay again.

Everything was wonderful. The staff was very helpful and polite, the gronds were clean, the room was comfortable and spacious, and best of all, only a 15 minute walk to Disneyland. As well as a shuttle service to the park.

The place was clean and lots to do inside and outside of the hotel. Great location too. The bar was always full of people!
