A bit disappointing due to street noise.

not sure why there is such a difference with the one in Anchorage and Fairbanks. Def needs a huge upgrade or to be destroyed and rebuilt. moldy smell throughout the entire building and yes I was able to visit various floors and smelled it. Complimentary breakfast was horrible! How do you not have muffins, actual assorted fruits and to have a huge bowl of Frosted Flakes sitting out with no cover is gross! Most hotels have the mini cereal boxes. It was soooo much wrong. My check in was ok, other than one of the employees getting frustrated with my check in because she didn't know what to do. ALOT of training is needed (that's all I'm going to say).

The hotel had one working elevator making it extremely inconvenient for guests as maximum capacity was often met along with elevator stopping at every floor.

Hotel was kind of dated but it was clean and centrally located. Easy commute to Elmendorf. I was there for a business trip however the hotel was overtaken by tour groups. I am not a fan of crowds and the lobby was always packed with people waiting on the tour bus. Did not use the restaurant for breakfaat due to the overcrowding.
