Sarah was a fabulous hostess. It is a beautiful property with a warm and homey feel. Sarah is caring and thoughtful, and made our stay fabulous. No notes! A great experience. From the breakfast to the room to the other house guests. I wouldn't change a thing. Beautiful home and wonderful hostess.

The facility is so comfortable and clean. There is fresh food and drink that I can help myself to anytime. The owner, Sarah, is so friendly and accommodating. The linens and bedding are of hight quality. It's my first choice. I can't really think of anything. It met all of my needs. I felt very comfortable staying here.

The owner Sarah Okuyama is a wonderful host -- welcoming, friendly (but never intrusive). I had a beautiful room and spacious bath. Big fluffy towels, which spelled so nice. I would have preferred better coffee -- the kind she made the first morning -- instead of coffee that came in little packets. That's really a small thing, as I was able to get two cups of coffee if I wanted.

Sarah the innkeeper was friendly outgoing and genuinely seemed to care about our comfort. Her breakfast choices were fun and out of the ordinary -her dog Gus was an added bonus-great dog Cannot think of a thing

Sarah accommodated my gluten free requirements for breakfast and all the food was delicious!! She was helpful, friendly, and an all around great host! My room was clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay, petting Gus, the food, and the company. There was nothing I didn't like. It was close to downtown shops, though not within walking distance for me.
-
We liked the proximity to eateries which are a 5 minute walk. We enjoyed our hostess very much. She gives her guests the run of the house. Sarah puts on a hearty breakfast for her guests. She has a wonderful dog named Gus who interacted with us. Thank you, Sarah, for the lively conversation. You are at the top of the list for future Ann Arbor stays. I can’t think of anything that bothered us.

A lovely stay with Sarah. She's a wonderful host with a warm and interesting inn.

Breakfast was different every day; lots to choose from, and some items were homemade and absolutely delicious. Very abundant. Meeting and talking with Sarah was a highpoint -- a fabulous person. Fun to sit around a round table and talk to other guests at breakfast. Gus is a good dog; I liked his friendly presence. And great coffee!! I wish all the rooms had private bathrooms, or at least a sink, but it was no big deal.
