Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ann Arbor - University South by IHG

Easy to check in and check out.

Sometimes parking is tough as often times road crews stay here with huge trucks/equipment and take up a majority of spots. Not the hotels fault but I have encountered this a few times. Still great location to stay when doing business in/near AA

Superb

It’s was very clean and smelled very good. The staff was friendly Nothing

clean room

Clean

Warren flooring in the room; cracked tile, mold around the tub, and a lot of trash in the parking lot. I'm not sure how this hotel was rated over an eight

Clean, comfortable My in-room coffee was not replenished

The customer service and how accommodating they were. Can't think of anything.

Exceptional

Very clean, all of the staff was so friendly, the breakfast every morning was absolutely amazing! So impressed with everything!

Wonderful service! Zack was very friendly and helpful, and he quickly accommodated my request for an early check-in. I really appreciated his excellent service and would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Exceptional

Very nice place clean and staff was great

The first time we stayed, we were there a week. Houskeeping came once on the 4th day & it was half way done. They didn't arrive again until they knocked on the door 10 minutes before checkout. The front desk staff is otherwise helpful. The breakfast is good for the price. It's not a "walk" to campus.

It good Nothing

everyone was very pleasant

Weight room is extremely limited. Missing weights and no machines.

The front desk staff was amazing and friendly. Whenever I needed something they were there when I needed to have additional rooms reserved the next day they did it within minutes and had all the rooms organized from my guests. I can't wait to come back to this hotel next year for our annual trip to the big house.
