The staff need to answer the phones more promptly. The hotel does not provide suggestions for local restaurants.

Everything was great. Front desk was amazing woth accommodating requests.

Great hotel, one exception is the sound proofing of rooms needs to be improved. We could hear everyone at ground level in the bar and/or courtyard and our room was on the 3rd floor!

The lady in the breakfast buffet was very unfriendly and she was upset

Our room was not ready two hours after check-in and we were trying to get ready to go to a concert! Staff was unwilling to help and said that we needed to use the washroom to change and check in at 2 AM when we got home from the concert instead! We paid $1000 for this room!! Then they charged double the price for a pint of ice cream when we got home and didn’t tell us what time breakfast was available so we missed! The hotel was clean and relatively new but an awkward distance from the concert venue which made getting an Uber very difficult!

Our room was immaculate, the staff was friendly, and the amenities were very nice. The pool was super clean and even had a color changing light. The included breakfast was very nice and better than we expected. We'll definitely stay again if we pass through the area. Five stars all the way

This was the last day of a 14 day trip and the breakfast was the best of any other hotel tat offered breakfast.

He got us checked in quickly and directed us too the best location to park for our room. Once we got settled, we found the tv to be not working. A call down to the front desk had this gentleman up to our room in under five minutes to fix the problem (someone had moved the cables on the back of the set, which he immediately recognized and repaired). He told us that he had worked at the hotel for three years and he seemed to really enjoy his job. Folks with these people skills are hard to find. My daughter joined us later in the eveni9ng, and one of your staff walked her up and let her in instead of disturbing us. Again, great service. We were surprised to find that there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The room steamed up badly and toilet smells did not vent away. Also, the breakfast could have used some help. Undercooked potatoes, cold sausage patties and eggs. Keeping these items at proper temperatures is critical for food safety. There is obviously a staff member who oversees the food prep who might need more training. I give your location a thumbs up. These minor items would not keep me from recommending this location or using it again.

Great free soap, coffee, breakfast , staff, and the rooms are pretty damn good as well. Holiday Inn is now my new favorite hotel chain..

Check in clerk was not very friendly or helpful. Everything else was good. Disappointed that a $50.00 deposit was added when we checked in, never mentioned when we booked the room. It was explained that it would be refunded when we checked out. Waiting to see if that happens. Not understanding why that is necessary.

The staff were very helpful and the property was very nice and clean. We will be back.

Smoke detector in the room flashes a bright laser type green light all night! Bring an eye shade if you’re sensitive to light!
